Max I. Walker Elkhorn consistently performs quality cleaning for my suits done same or next day every time and the personnel are always courteous. I appreciate the weekly Wednesday Savings Day when we have a quantity of dry cleaning to drop off.

I have taken my wool coat to them on a couple different occasions for dry cleaning and repairs for buttons, etc. Very friendly service. Great communication. Very satisfied with the appearance of my coat and the durability of repairs.

Excellent!!! I’ve used Max for 40 years and will continue. The whole team is amazing, from management to the service clerks I’ve used several locations over the years because of us moving and each one knows my name within a visit or two. Max I Walkers is the best!!

It was a short notice request for my sons suit, who had just gotten into town, we needed a quick steam and they were able to accommodate and had it done in a few hours! The cost was completely reasonable for the request and time frame! We will use them again very soon!!! Thank you!!!

On Monday morning (7:00am) I dropped off my daughters show choir dress for dry cleaning (per the tags care instructions). Received a call that there was a mishap, that the black from the dress bled into the white collar and arm trim. ??? They stated that “should be able to get it out, but need more time”. Okay…. Called the following(Tuesday)day for update. They were “still working on it, when did I need it by?” I replied, we need it by Thursday. They said “it should be ready by then”. Called the following afternoon (Wednesday) for update, the response was “oh, it’s ready”. Great! I’ll come by and get it. I picked up the dress, it looked great. Thank you! I will say there was no apology for the inconvenience and stress of possibly having a ruined dress. Customer service goes a long way.
