Very professional and friendly staff. Have been going to Max I Walker on 180th and Center for many years!

A few months ago I had a professional business photo shoot which got pushed up a couple days earlier than planned. I was scrambling trying get the suite I need together and dry-cleaned last minute. Jordan at this location was absolutely great to work with and literally went out of her way to make this work for me. It was such a relief talking to Jordan as she assured me they would make it work. Would highly recommend!

We were extremely pleased with the quality and care that was shown to the clothing and moreover we would very much like commend the employees on their polite and friendly service. As a small business owner we certainly know the importance of dedicated employees and friendly customer service and this location is lucky to have the employees that work there. We will definitely be using this service again in the future and highly recommend it to others.

My son's fiance died suddenly and we were in dire need to have a suit altered. I called and spoke with Jennifer and explained the situation. She was so kind and professional and told me not to worry...everything would be taken care of within 48 hours. She delivered the suit to the tailor, alterations were made, the suit was dry cleaned and ready for my son to wear to the funeral. I am so thankful for how kind, courteous and professional she was. I am also recommending their store on Nextdoor. Thank you again Jennifer and the tailor. I am sorry I don't know the name of the tailor but he/she did a beautiful job on altering the suit. Kudos to Max I. Walker!!!

I am fairly new to Omaha area and saw that this dry cleaner had good ratings. I took a dress there and was pleased with the people who waited on me and also the cleaning of my dress. Will use them again.

Quick and friendly service. Fairly reasonably priced. $15 to have a white tea length dress dry cleaned (no stains.) I’ve paid less, but I’ve also paid more other places. The dress looked great and I have no complaints.

Two weeks ago I brought 2 dresses to the 182nd location for alterations. I should have listened to the clerk who suggested I take them somewhere else. Went back last week, no dresses. They were never sent out. Clerk apologized and offered a discount. Fine although I was concerned no one in the course of a week wouldn’t question why merchandise was just sitting around.Just returned from trip number 2. Dresses were supposed to be ready the 27th. Were they there…no. Did they know where they were. No. Now they are supposed to be ready Monday.The clerk told me today they won’t charge me as well you shouldn’t. . Now I’m told my dresses will be ready Monday. I requested a call because I’m tired of going there and hearing ludicrous excuses.PLEASE do not waste your time with this business. I cannot believe they were rated Best of Omaha.

In town for work and I wasn’t sure where to go to get my dry cleaning done. I like my jeans heavy starched or “cowboy creased” as some call it. The lady that answered the phone was very sweet and answered all my questions. When I dropped off my clothes, they asked if a 3 day turn around would be ok as I had a lot of clothes for them. They had them done in 2 days and the price was really reasonable! I suggest this place for any of your dry cleaning needs and I’m pretty picky lol!!
