Makovicka Physical Therapy

I have completed just four one hour sessions and l am amazed at the progress. The staff at the pappilion center are always ready to assist and guide you in your endeavors. They seem to enjoy helping in my attempts and l am sure that l am not the first in these failures. The smiles are encouraging not demeaning and help tremendously. Super friendly staff. Makes you not worry about your Injury and just focuses on getting there patients feeling stronger every visit. For any physical therapy I would recommend makovicka my experience with them has been the best.

Loved the hours of availability. Loved the flexibility with needing to bring my children. Loved the atmosphere. Loved the level of communication and the kindness they showed each other and their clients. I did not like billing and payment processing. This is not a reflection of this location but of the billing office itself. I go through an automated system to pay and the person who answers just says her name and has no pleasantness to her voice. I get a statement that says "disregard the number of days past due" and then the next bill says "final notice pay within 30 days or it goes to collections." My bill wasn't even sitting that long. Room for improvement in their area.

I'm thanking my Lord Jesus for the fantastic care and service I received at Makovicka Physical Therapy located in Papillion Ne. All of the therapist were professional and very caring. I started therapy crying doing things with a lot of pain. I ended my sessions smiling and functioning great! I highly recommend Makovicka P.T. for all your physical therapy needs. I wouldn't recommend any other place in town. Physical therapy isn't fun for anyone that has had knee replacement, but the staff was very encouraging and helped me fight through the pain, so I could return to my daily life. As a huge Husker fan, it was really cool getting to meet Joel during one of my appointments. Great staff, great location, great customer service. I'll be back for round two in the spring!

On day 2 of being here for physical therapy everyone knew my name and have been very friendly. It is a family atmosphere, not only among the people that work there but also with the patients. Would definitely recommend them to anyone who needed physical therapy.

The receptionist is very rude she doesn't know basic manners and refused to give her name she wouldn't listen to any of my questions and hung up on me.

Staff is extremely knowledgeable, genuinely friendly, and interested in clients as people. No stress, relaxed atmosphere. I hated Physical Therapy in the past. Mackovicka PT staff make me WANT to come back, not just because of the type of people they are, but also because of the rapid progress I've made in recovery.

I have had the pleasure of being treated at a number of different Makovicka locations over the last few years. The staff has always been positive, professional and made me feel very secure in their treatment. My last experience has been at the Papillion location. They have continued to make me feel well cared for and impressed me with their attention to my needs, my pain level, my degree of comfort in what I can do. As a nurse I really appreciate their knowledge, their caring for their patients and genuine treatment of people often in pain. They are a great team and work well together to help us achieve our goals. I recommended them to anyone looking for a assistance with their treatment plan.

Ryan took the time to explain exactly what he wanted to do and why. He asked me If I felt comfortable with this.....I instantly trusted him! As I told him "you went to school for this I didn't and I trust your decisions". He truely cares about his patients! I will 100% recommend Makovicka Physical Therapy to everyone and anyone needed PT!
