Major Drain

I called this morning because of a toilet problem and John came out. He took care of everything. He was very nice and anything that I asked him he explained beautifully. I have a new Plumber and their price is very reasonable. Thank you so much!

They answered by the second ring on a Saturday and had someone come out Sunday 20 mins before the scheduled appointment time. Chad was able to get our main line unclogged when a plumber from a different company couldn’t. Showed me exactly what was going on. Pipe needs more work in the future for a repair but he was able to explain the issue without fear tactics. Top shelf company all around

I called Major Drain on a Monday morning and they were able to get to my house by the afternoon. I had major main stack clogs affecting my bathroom sink, shower, and washer drain. They showed up heard my issues, cleared each drain, explained the process as they went, showed me the results and did not try to push any work that was unnecessary. I was very impressed with their work and knowledge. The price I paid for free flowing drains again was very reasonable. The guys are also very mindful of any mess and very customer oriented. I will always call them first and not hesitate on fears of paying unreasonable prices. Thank you to the Major Drain team you have a customer for life and will refer your company to anyone I can.

Ive been using Major Drain for 5 plus years! There's not enough words to describe how much I love Major Drain. I've used major drain for my current house and the last house I've owned. Major Drain is always very responsive, get things done in a timely manner, do great quality work and most of all communicates! They're always great about explaining what needs done and provide solutions/suggestions to help prevent issues in the future. From management all the way down to the amazing lady handling the phones they're rocking it! This review is long overdue!

Liked best because they answered the phone on a Saturday afternoon. Was able to schedule first thing Monday morning to get my sink drain unclogged. Service man was very polite, knowledable, efficient, explained what he did after he was done. I was able to pay my bill over the phone with the office instead of with service man.you can never be too careful when handing out sensitive credit card information.

We had a great experience with Major Drain. Roto Rooter canceled on us 4 times, and a different plumber told us we would have to tear out tile to fix the leak on our shower handle. Major Drain fixed the problem quickly without tearing out any tile. The person who came out was very knowledgeable and professional. Also- super affordable! We will definitely use Major Drain again!

I want to highly recommend whole heartedly this wonderful group of people working at major drain! They are incredibly efficient and responsive -,arrived timely and reacted fast!! They moved appointments to improve response for a non timely matter I asked them to look into another time and honestly repaired a problem other companies had advised needed a much bigger replace/fix (Saved me a lot of money)! The people are highly skilled in their respective positions and honest how they advise correction. Don’t hesitate to contact them! I wish I had known about them before!

I have used Major Drain twice and both times have been pleased with the outcome! I moved into a new home and had issues with both kitchen drain problems & some sewer issues but both were fixed in a timely manner and done right. The employees are knowledgeable and friendly. They even work with you to get someone there in as quick a time as possible. I definately will use them again should I need any kind of plumbing job done!

My main basement drain started backing up late Thursday night. I was recommended by a friend to contact them as they do work for our business. I called about 10am Friday and had an appointment at 12:00pm. WOW. Quick! Tyrone and John let me know 15 minutes out of their arrival and they were friendly, and got right down to business. They diagnosed, explained my options, and remedied the problem quickly. They found that a clean out pipe had never been accessed before (even though I had a different company hour just a year prior for a back up). They opened up a hole in the wall to access it and cleaned out decades worth of crud out of it. They let me know where I could find a door to purchase and cover the valve. Now, it will be easily accessible in the future. They cleaned up after they left, which is always appreciated. I am very pleased with my experience. I highly recommend them! They earned a new customer for the future!

Major drain came out and flushed out my floor drain. I had an issue arise again at the end of 3 months but they came snd took care of it under the warranty so they came out promptly and they were absolutely fantastic... It's great to see a company like this that stands behind their warranty. I had used them several years ago and they did a wonderful job then as well. The young man that came out this September 2022 was so polite and so professional. He did a fantastic job.They have a very good value in terms of what they charge because I have compared them to others in the past. They always give a fair price. And like I said they were happy to honor the warranty and come out to address an issue.They were great about booking that quickly when I told them the drain was bubbling up, to make sure that I did not have any overflow issues damage my floors .That worked with my schedule and arrived promptly. Every time I've ever dealt with them I've had a positive experience. I highly recommend them.
