I'm enjoying my stay. The customer service is above & beyond. The beds are super soft. Love it!

The hotel itself was nice and convenient. The front desk staff when I stayed there was really nice and helpful as well. If that were all, I would have given it 5 stars, BUT the issues unrelated to my actual stay there have been a nightmare. I booked through Airbnb, which, if you mention to the hotel at all, they act like they don't even have an account on there or any control over their bookings. They couldn't find my reservation at all the first time I called them, which was terrifying as all other hotels were booked at the time. Initially, I had booked for an extra day, but decided to adjust my reservation within the allotted timeframe to do so with no penalty on Airbnb. The hotel never responded to me, as they don't seem to check their messages on the account at all. However, I called the hotel and confirmed that my change was made accordingly over the phone. After my stay, Airbnb did not reflect that one night had been removed, and when I contacted Airbnb, they said they had no control over what the hotel was charging me and nothing on their end showing that it should be adjusted. I called the hotel, and after a long conversation with them, they confirmed that they would be refunding me through Airbnb for the night. I ended up only receiving a portion of the night back, but I assumed this was correct based on valet parking and hotel incidental charges. After receiving the Airbnb refund, I noticed that another credit card of mine ( the one I put down for incidentals) had been charged $1421.51 for the stay as well. This made no sense since I'd paid for everything through Airbnb on a different card. I called the hotel and spoke with a pleasant woman who assured me that this was entirely incorrect and a mistake on their part and she would have the team refund the entire amount back on my card ASAP. However, I was not refunded the entire amount. When I called back, multiple times, I was given a different story each time as to why I was not refunded the entire amount. In fact, as I was on the phone, the story kept changing, sometimes to say that I was initially refunded right after my stay and definitely for the full amount, and also the full amount for the night I did not stay was sent back to Airbnb, which was not correct. For the most part, they either hang up on me or say they will call back and don't, and then I have to call back and go through the entire process again. I still have not received the full amount that was overcharged to me back, and for some reason, they cannot seem to understand how overcharging someone and keeping over $1400 of their money for over a month is a huge deal and not an acceptable business practice. I would not recommend staying here ever, which is unfortunate because some of the staff was very nice.

Below is a long, but necessary review about my stay at this hotel. Long story short, I would stay at a different hotel not downtown Omaha and Uber/Lyft to the downtown area to save yourself the headache of having to deal with the lack of decent basic necessities that other hotels in the area offer. My mother and my aunt visited Omaha for a quick girls trip and to attend the Netflix taping for the comedian Bert Kreischer at the Orpheum Theatre. Due to the convenient location of the hotel to the theater, we stayed at the Magnolia Hotel. Upon nearly arriving to the hotel, we met terrible traffic due to the events at the theater and little to no information received from Magnolia about the parking situation, beyond personal research that there is valet parking available. We eventually made it closer to the hotel to see no valet sign indicating where to park to check-in to the hotel, so we had to drive around the hotel to find the parking lot locked by a motorized gate. Therefore, we parked in front of the gate and my mother had to walk around to the front door to check-in and tell the hotel staff to open the gate, so we could park appropriately. After checking-in and getting to our room on the second floor, we tap the key card and open the door to find that our already small room only has ONE bed to sleep three people. After going back to the front desk, the hotel staff informed us that our room reservation that was made FOUR MONTHS prior was changed from having two queen sized beds to only the one king sized bed. As there were three of us, obviously just one king size bed was not going to work. Then, the hotel staff informed us that the hotel was fully booked and that they did not have another room with two queen sized beds available for us, so they would have to bring up a foldaway bed for one of us to sleep in. After dropping our luggage off at our room, we headed out on the town to eat dinner prior to the comedian later that night. After returning from our dinner, we return to our room to see that the hotel staff have not yet brought the foldaway bed to our room after almost an hour after checking-in. Therefore, we had to call guest services ourselves in order for someone to bring us a foldaway bed. Guest services promptly brought us the foldaway bed and by a miracle from God the very nice hotel staff member fit that bed in the very tight room after moving several other pieces of furniture around. After a decent night's sleep, each of us took the worst shower for our entire lives… not an exaggeration at all. Besides the lack of water pressure, the lack of hot water period put the icing on the cake for each of us. After a very quick check-out of our room the next morning, we were stuck waiting in the lobby for the valet to pull the car around to the front of the hotel. I know I kind of went on a rant here, but I wanted to make sure someone else will not have to deal with this same situation in the future. So, overall, I do not recommend staying here, you will find better hotel accommodations elsewhere in the Omaha area.

Do NOT stay here! I got a room and they charged me over $700 smoking fee after a manager came up and said there was obviously no smell or proof of smoke in the room. This is the SECOND time they have done this. This hotel is trash. And the proof is in the pudding because there was 2 rooms rented. And both had no smell no smoke and they only charged one room with a smoking fee which just so happens to be the room I was in last time that was charged and things were broken. Wish I could rate with NO STAR!

The staff are what really set the hotel apart from many others. Toni, Jack and Dana extended excellent customer service. Kudos to these 3. They exceeded our expectations and were so helpful, professional and knowledgeable about anything we inquired about.

Had a 1-night staycation with my girlfriend to celebrate our anniversary; both of our first times at The Magnolia, and my first hotel visit in the US. The staff were all extremely friendly and the room was literally the one from the photos on the website, so I certainly got what I looked at! The only issue was that I selected an amenity on the website which was not prepared before our visit and took some phone calls to sort out (at least partially because I kept calling it the wrong thing which might have called some confusion - sorry!), but once it was sorted it was quite good.

Magnolia is such a fun and great place. As soon as you walk in the staff are so kind and respectful and take care of you to the best of their ability. The rooms are always very well put together and well taken care of. Also, I really enjoy the hotel during the holiday season because they always decorate and if you’re away from home it makes you feel like your back in your own home town.

Make sure to use Hᴏᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking any resort. This site will compare hundreds of booking websites and usually will have prices a lot cheaper compared to others! Thank me later! This place is one of the most well known in this area. I've been staying here for a very long time. If you decide to stay here you definitely won't be let down. The employees in this hotel are absolutely amazing. They accommodated us in every way possible. It was a little pricey but after everything they did for us, the money was well worth it. The lady that worked on Saturday morning and afternoon did a wonderful job and was so friendly.

I can’t believe this hotel is only a 4.2! We had a great stay here! It was spotless and smelled clean. The mattresses were BeautyRest and so comfortable. They provided a pack n play and bedding for it so we didn’t have to drag ours in. The bathroom products smelled so good I didn’t bother unpacking mine. The restaurant food was excellent. And the staff helped us out with our girls cups. Their valet service for parking is very speedy and organized. Definitely would recommend to anyone staying in that area!!

The magnolia hotel was a comfortable place to stay. My first night Lisa made me lovely drinks and the rest of the staff was amazing. When my charging cable died they charged my phone for me. My room was very clean and everyone was really sweet. I loved staying here. I hope my review brings attention to their entire team. They deserve your business.
