If you like Lowe's, make the extra drive to the one out West on 180th if you can. Plants are shipped in by the thousands and while nothing beats a local greenhouse like Wenninghoffs, even among big box stores plants are not taken care of well at this location.

Lovelace wish I had one close to my house again. After looking at microwaves at Nebraska furniture Mart and even if it was on their dog a 3-day wait, I found the exact same one I wanted at Lowe's and saved $75

Horrible experience yesterday Thurs Oct 27th around noon. Needed to buy hundreds of pounds of river rock and garden paver bricks. No one present in the entire outdoor area for over 25 minutes, not a single employee. Eventually had to walk all the way inside to the customer service desk and stand in a line just to ask the very RUDE and snippy customer service employee to send someone to garden center to help. Went back outside to wait for over 20 minutes in the freezing wind, and still no one came! Finally spotted someone at the outdoor garden register, asked for help a second time and let this employee know we have already asked once and waited for over 20 minutes out here in the freezing wind. The employee said she'd call someone. 15 more minutes go by, no one has come to help AGAIN. A male employee did appear at the front and we thought oh thank God, finally someone is here to help, but instead be just stood up front chatting to the woman working the register for 15 minutes and left again, while we stood there watching and wondering why these employees literally refuse to help us. So my 5 months pregnant friend and myself who is also not a super physically fit young woman begin to load over 200lbs of rocks and bricks ourselves into a random wagon we found since it was apparent no one was going to help us after waiting about 40 minutes and asking TWICE!!!! Then we couldn't move the wagon once loaded because it was too heavy, so we had to take some of the items off onto another cart and begin to wheel all this up to the register in multiple trips by ourselves. No help EVER CAME until we paid and FINALLY a young man came up to load it into our vehicle. This was the most unfriendly, unhelpful, disgraceful way I've ever been treated at a home improvement store and had I not done hours of research and planning on exactly what I needed, I would've left without purchasing and never come back. To make 2 young women, one of which is openly pregnant, do so much heavy lifting and work after being ignored TWICE is disgusting.

Near closing on a Sunday night near Christmas. I'm looking for a Christmas tree. there is not a soul near the real trees. They are employees talking with each other, but not one person asks if I need help. Eventually I find a small. 5' artificial tree. I have to find someone because there is no box anywhere and apparently it is the only one left in the floor model. $99, small, no box. after asking , they took 10% off. I get it home and lights dont work. I suspect it is because the man who took it apart for me, was in such a whopping hurry that he damaged the wiring taking the tree apart. I checked the connectors and there was no obvious cause. i'm not going to take it back. The customer service was so slow and appalling and I expect them to refuse to refund me since it was a "floor model". I am disappointed. I used to love Lowes but no more.

Recently purchased a washer a dryer at this Lowes location. Excellent customer service from the time we walked into the store to the delivery of the appliances! Ann helped us find the right washer and dryer and worked to get us the best price available. When a computer glitch popped up during the sales transaction, she quickly took care of everything and even called us at home the next day to confirm the pricing and delivery schedule. Thanks Ann! We'll be back!

This place was awesome! The choice of products was amazing! Had a key made there, and the lady that helped was very friendly and helpful. Another clerk came later and gave me several helpful suggestions! We will be back!

I recently had a quality experience with Lowes. I purchased a vertical lighting rig for a volunteer event. When assembling the rig, it became alarmingly clear that I was missing pieces to my setup. After rechecking my work area, I returned to Lowe's hoping to be assisted. John/TC heard my chief complaint and resolved it within a matter of minutes. Because of his assistance, I was able to quickly assemble the light and successfully host my volunteer event with adequate lighting. Thank you.

I've never had an issue shopping at Lowe's. It's not my first choice in big box stores, but I do shop here. They stock the Kobalt tools that are not available at their competitor's stores. Their prices are reasonable and they are usually a well stocked store. I have no problem shopping at Lowe's.

Be very careful purchasing from this store. They have a strict 90 day return policy that doesn’t take into account that you spent a lot there and just had a contractor that flaked on you, so you needed to find another. The bathroom/ light combo was unopened and pristine.. They don’t make concessions at that point or store credits.. so from now on it’s Menards for us, hopefully they have a good selection for the other bathroom and soon our new deck.. that in itself will cost them way more than they took from me for a bathroom fixture..

I just ran in quick to pick up an item that was ordered online. The customer service desk is right inside the door so I didn't walk all over the store. Staff was helpful and friendly, I got my item and I was in and out of the store in less than 5 minutes. Lowe's has good quality and name brand items. They are competitive in pricing and sometimes lower. It's a great place to shop for your home goods.
