We used the curbside pick up and it was an ABSOLUTE MESS. They checked the wrong person in for our order and tried to give us someone’s dishwasher, then we told them it wasn’t our order and they were very unprofessional. Eventually they made us go to lumber and pushed the stuff at us with no offer to help load. As the pulled our stuff up they dropped a box of screws and it went everywhere…. They just casually put them back without counting them. Then, they gave us 2 boxes of screws and not 3. So we asked for the 3rd and they said it was “lost” so we had to go to customer service for 20 mins while they tried to refund us. FINALLY we asked them to look again and they found them. As they found them they dropped them again and the screws went everywhere. The manager was watching the mess and doing nothing. Took us 45 mins for something that should have taken ONE MINUTE. WILL NOT be returning.

Lowe's is alright. I tend to like the brand's that Home Depot carries for tools better. Menards is great for wood, drywall and such, but there's nothing wrong with Lowe's. If you need something for around the house type projects they've probably got it.

I don't know what wrong with manager this store. I bought combo kits power tools and every time they mixed my orders with used or open box, I thought that should ok but each time when I came back home and test the tools they had defects like grease starting coming and burn smell. I can't believe it. I won't buy anything from this store. I spent almost $2000

Ordered my windows/installation thru this Lowe's. The service was terrible the whole way. They came and measured three times, installers would never call ahead of time to let me know they were showing up, some windows would get done and exterior would go unfinished for weeks, then they would show back up again. For example, a guy would just show up with one screen and then leave and Id hear nothing for weeks until I would call again and again to try to get my services complete. Stuff got left in my garage (some stuff is still there), gates and garage always left wide open. Windows were damaged, not sealed properly (ice forming inside my house between window and trim). Purchased in January, some windows were installed in March (took all month), some was installed in May, one damaged window was fixed in September. Still lots of issues. There is no customer service to help.

Delivery drivers said they knocked on door, rang bell. Mother & Father upstairs, no one rang the bell for sure. Said they’d waited 20 minutes. I highly doubt that. We were there the whole time. But, because we were unaware that they were here, we had to reschedule delivery. What do you do for deaf people who can not hear the door knocker?? Very unhappy. The driver was apologetic, but definitely not sympathetic!!

UPDATE 1/11/23: I called the number left in the reply from Lowe's -- it's just the regular customer service number where I've gotten the same run-around. I've waited 40 minutes now for a call back. I've lost more than the amount of the gift card in time I've spent trying to work this out. 0/5 stars. ORIGINAL REVIEW: I usually go to Home Depot, but my father sent me a Lowe's gift card as a text. The text said "you are receiving a Lowe's gift card -- the next text message will contain the gift card". There never was a second message. I told my father, and he was able to have it resent, and I got the same message without the second message. After several phone calls to support back and forth, I finally got the receipt for the purchase with an Order ID and all of the purchase info from my father, but still no gift card number. I brought the receipt into this Lowe's location to have them look up the gift card info, and they wouldn't look up the Order ID # that I was holding in my hand. They said the Order ID's were only good for online orders. I said "he ordered this online through the Lowe's website." I got blank stares and then "well, only for physical items from an online order." They refused to type in the order number just to check! I called the gift card number in the parking lot, and then I was told that this is a Customer Service issue, and that department was currently closed. In all I talked with at least 7 Lowe's employees in person and on the phone, wasted several hours, and was unable to resolve this gift card issue. It's unbelievable that Lowe's can stay in business with customer service like this. Needless to say, I'm asking my father to get a full refund for himself and I'll use my own money at any place other than Lowe's!

We needed a new Washer. Salesman was in the Appliance area. I asked him some questions about the washer. Worthless. Tried to ask him questions but was clueless. I did buy the washer because I did my own research before I got to the store. When he brought the washer out to be loaded pushed it off the cart and walked back in the store.

Very friendly staff and were readily available and willing to help us with our shopping experience. I was looking for a few specific items and the staff in each area was very helpful and willing to help us find what we needed and offered suggestions on how to tackle our project. The store has a large variety of items for almost all of your home needs, so we'll definitely be going back for our projects.

Had an employee help me find a decent screw for my project which was great, then sent me to the opposite end of the store for the lumber isle that was right next to us. I was even embarrassed I didn't notice and it was my first visit. At least he was helpful where as everyone else tries to not make eye contact and not help. Store has everything you need though.

I went in to get some wood screws for some decking repairs. As usual I did a full lap of the store. I’m excited that they are bringing out all the spring seasonal items. This spring I’m looking to do some bbq’ing and smoking. I’m impressed with all the different types of grillsthat are on display. Everything from smokers to gas grills to pellet grills. To add, the amount of accessories that they have is impressive. They even added spices and rubs to choose from. Most importantly to me, they’re stocking different types of charcoal, pellets, and wood chunks and chips. That’s a game changer right there. It’s going to be a fun summer of cooking for sure.
