Great customer service. Had a machine go Out of Order after putting my money in. Text the number on the wall and the fellow called me back and refunded me immediately. Great service and a nice laundromat. They also use a Fast Card system instead of quarters which is quick and easy!

I can't say enough good about laundry world. I met the owner one day and told him what a great job he had done..... The place is immaculate. It's convenient. The hours are good, and it's in a safe area. I don't enjoy doing laundry, but I do enjoy going there. It's well lit, with TVs and every corner.

Very clean! Supper friendly owner! He was outside cleaning while I was there. Not too busy in the early afternoon!! I felt safe and comfortable!!! I will be back!!!

Almost didn’t stop here because review said pricey. But definitely well worth the extra penny. This “Laundry world” deserves an award actually haves restrooms lot of places I’ve been to do NOT offer restrooms especially clean ones. Equipment is clean which is why I don’t use truck stop washers and dryers always nasty at truck stops plenty of parking with back door entrance very convenient top notch place to wash your laundry and well worth the extra quarter so BIG thank you for being here and open late!

The Laundry World was clean and machines both washers and drivers available. I took blankets and bedspread to clean. Customers were very helpful.

Wow.. I haven’t been to a laundry mat in a LONG time, but this place might be the new gold standard for me. Very clean, feee wifi, lots of machine varieties (load size, etc). Owner is professional, passionate about delivering a positive customer experience.

Clean and easy to use laundry mat. Bonus given when loading cash on your card or you can use your debit card right at the machine. Definitely recommend.

5 stars alone just for the cleanliness. With 4 kids laundry is never ending. When my dryer decided to stop working I was forced to bring about 4 loads to Laundy World in Papillion to dry. The best part is all of my clothes were dry in 30 minutes. Now, I just wash and dry to save time. The Large capacity machines are reasonably priced and allows me to do a week of laundry, including bedding in an hour.

I have seen laundry mats come and go in the Papillion area, but I haven't been in such a clean one ever, like this one is. You guys are doing a great job! Thank you ☺️!
