La Vista Nail Spa

This is one of my favorite nail salons in ATL. They deliver good nail care, not a lot of filing, the polish is always done well and they are efficient.

I got mani pedis with my sister, and the pedicures were AMAZING (I would highly recommend them), but the gel manicures we got just didn't seem fully cured when we left. I haven't had any chips or flaws yet, and the color I got is nice (though lighter on me then it was on the sample), but I just worry that they won't last as long as they're meant to.

The lady that was doing my feet kept falling asleep and getting up three times within five minutes because she was forgetting stuff. The acrylic nails I got are good, but extremely rushed, she shaved my cuticle with the drill instead of using a cuticle cutter and nail polish was left all over my hands. No clean up whatsoever.

Tracy was amazing!! I'm not the normal fake nails type of gal, but I did have this idea in mind for what I wanted done, I just showed her the picture she made them look even better!! Mind you I'm semi OCD with unevenness or not symmetrical results and I still cant point out one flaw!! Thank you Tracy!

I came here when my usual place was packed and I was really impressed! They were also a little busy got me started by taking off my old dip powder while I waited. Everyone was nice and the service was quick. Only thing was that there's quite a bit of powder dried on my fingers outside of the nail, but nothing I can't wash off at home. Overall they were good and the customer service was great! I would consider coming back

I visited this nail salon on September 14th 2022. My nail technician was rude to say the least. Service was not what I expected. I hate to vsit salons where worker speak their language. They are talking about the customers which is very dispectful. My tech made me feel like I did not belong in her chair. I am very hurt by this experience. Will not return. Also, had a pedicure done. Took tech at least 15 minutes to completely. I pay for great service, not service where someone is collecting my hard earned money to feel unwelcome. I usually tip. But today I will not because of my service I received. Will not recommend this Salon. visitsons wh

I went into salon for pedicure and fill. Got the pedicure, they messed up the square shape of my toenails and I now have curved toenails instead of square and i still paid $50 which was not worth it in my opinion! Then went to the table to get my fill and shellac. A fill and polish change for my already short nails should not be the same price as full set and the lady argued with me that they weren’t short they were long I told her that I shouldn’t be charged that price because I already had the nails on and I barely needed a fill. Without asking she cut my pinky nail down and when I told her I wanted to keep the length she argued so I went to talk to the guy at the front desk and he told me that was the price so I left and now can’t even wear the original nails I had because she took the polish off 1 1/2 nails and my pinky nail is now way shorter so I have no choice but to go somewhere else to have them fixed because my nails are not the same color or size because she cut it down. He told me she misunderstood so maybe if they’re going to have workers that speak no English they should be trained properly to communicate so that the customer is satisfied with the service because this is insane I should’ve at least received a discount on the services I did receive since they started on my nails and messed them up I’d like to be contacted by a manager that speaks English preferably

Got a manicure and pedicure. Seemed a lil rushed. Manicure could have been better. Still left dead skin on fingers. Pedicure was ok also. Broke part of my nail while cleaning. Could have shortened it for a fix. But no

Jessica is wonderful. She’s caring, friendly and professional. However, ever since Michael and Mary (the owners) are no longer there, the salon is Not the same. The guy who answers the phone to make appointments treats you as if he’s making you a favor by giving you an appointment. He’s very uncaring and unprofessional. I never had to wait before. Now I wait more than half an hour even with an appointment. One time he forgot to write my appointment down and then told me they were too busy. No apology, not an effort to try to accommodate me! Just indifference as if my business is not needed. I got the message loud and clear.

Kelly did an amazing job on my Frankenstein design. She’s very talented and patient. I will be going back!
