I did a takeout order chicken nachos no guacamole no sour cream. 2 beef tostada no guacamole no sour cream. Got home chicken nachos were just chips dry chicken no cheese. Tostada had everything on them. Not what I ordered. They were not busy at all. Most of staff were just standing around talking. Have been coming here for Years hope things change for the better. Will not be coming back for while.

Had a great experience here with my family. In addition to great food and fast service the bar tender paired tequilas to each of my wife’s and my specific tastes. Finally let me highly recommend the tequila soaked in pineapple chunks. It was smooth and very tasty, enjoy.

All in all waiter was excellent. Tacos sub pair. Chicken way over cooked . So dry couldn't even chew through it.matter of fact chewing it made me pull a filling out of my tooth. I won't be returning anytime too soon.

There’s a blonde busboy there who is extremely rude. Ruined our entire dining experience. Waiter took fifteen minutes to greet us. Portion size is not good for the price. I recommend Romeos or Margaritas instead.

The Papillon La Mesa is filled with friendly, attentive employees. The food is consistently delicious and quality centric. If you're a meat eater or vegetarian (my family has both) this place accommodates everyone. Try the house potatoes as a taco, mmm so good. Save room for dessert, you can't go wrong with any of them!

Food was okay service was okay they do not give veterans discounts so if you are a veteran I would advise you not to eat here
