I CAN NOT SAY ENOUGH ABOUT K&J (and Kelly)!!! Buckle up to read about our A/C drama... that Kelly fixed!!! We bought our home in winter so we couldn't have our A/C tested. Once summer hit, we unfortunately found out it didn't cool. The house flippers BUILD THE DECK ON TOP OF THE UNIT and the lid couldn't even be taken off to look at the fan. Had 2 different companies out to quote moving it and repairing it. Ended up getting a whole new unit installed. 3 years later, this brand new unit started freezing up and working less and less efficiently. ***ENTER K&J!!!*** I called Kelly at K&J and he was professional and responsive. We set an appointment right away and he came on time. He explained everything that he was doing, observed social distancing, and constantly showed us on his phone the technology showing the output levels, etc., including where they should be versus where they were and why that was bad (he knows SO MUCH). Turns out our new A/C unit wasn't installed properly... UGH! The drama continues! He repaired what he could and gave us a recommendation on the proper air filter to be using, but informed us that the unit really wouldn't be back to its baseline without replacing another part as well as the metal work around it. The good news was that the part and labor were under warranty... but there's NO WAY we were calling out that original installer of the new unit!! Kelly got the manufacturer to honor the parts warranty even though that original installer had ruined its metal casing, which is required to warranty a part. WOW! That's above and beyond. ------> We chose to pay OUT OF POCKET for Kelly's labor rather than get free/warrantied labor elsewhere. Suddenly our A/C is SO MUCH MORE EFFICIENT, cools better, doesn't freeze up, aaaand the temperature is way more regulated than it EVER has been, both upstairs and downstairs. After he left, we noticed a small drip inside, texted him a photo, he responded right away, and was back the next morning. FOR FREE he replaced the entire PVC drip pipe (I have no idea what this is called!) that wasn't even related to any of the work he did.. but was a byproduct of our unit actually working properly. Best part???? He quoted us $750 for the full day job of replacing the part and doing all of the metal casing work. At the end of the job, we owed $423. WHEN DOES THIS EVER HAPPEN??! We are hiring Kelly for semiannual service to maintain our HVAC and furnace. There's no one better in greater Omaha... trust me, we've looked!!!

Kelly has trouble shot issues and made valuable suggestions to help make my hvac system work reliably and efficiently. I was extremely impressed with his knowledge and friendly demeanor. I reccomend you have Kelly's number on your Rolodex for the coldest and hottest days of the year.

Kelly responded within 24 hours of our call. He completed all the work when he said he would, and there were no surprises pertaining to cost. Everything was up front and as advertised.

I called Kelly when we were having trouble with our furnace. It was late in the afternoon when i got ahold of him and Kelly found the time to pick up the part we needed and was at our house fixing it 9am the next morning. He also found a way to make it really affordable! I recommended K&J HVAC Services to anyone needing repair calling them was the right decision.

Kelly is the go to for HVAC services. Our unit was acting up one evening as it seemed to be overheating and kosing power. I turned off the unit overnight and tinkered with it early the next morning. After seeing it was a bigger issue, I contacted Kelly that morning and explained what was happening. Kelly knew what was wrong and came out a few hours later like he said he would, had the part on hand and fixed us right up in no time. It was going to be a hot summer day but because of the prompt response our house didnt even get uncomfortably warm. Kelly knows what he's doing and even provided maintenance tips to keep our unit running longer. I have an older unit so when the time comes to get a new one, Kelly will definitely be our go to for our HVAC needs. If you want honest reliable and informative service, dont waste your time with anyone else and give him a call.

Our AC broke down on Sunday, July 5th. We were worried about finding someone available on a Sunday, especially a day after a holiday. Kelly was at our house within a couple hours. He was professional, honest, and had parts to fix unit day of. We are very happy with his service and would highly recommend his to all our family and friends.

Kelly is an expert in his field. I received a quick response when I contacted him and he explained the situation the best he could with out seeing my equipment. He was out the next day and had me fixed up the following day because he needed to get 2 parts. I promise Kelly will make sure you are a happy customer through the whole process!

We are so happy we found K&J! As soon as we talked to Kelly, we knew we were in good hands. We own a small business and the AC went out right before the weekend. He added us to his already-packed schedule, quickly ordered a part for our ancient unit, talked us through the steps and the options to ensure we were comfortable moving forward, and got the air back on before the weekend was over. Kelly was great to work with! We're new homeowners in the Omaha area, and needed a large gas line moved. He talked with us over the entire process, and gave different suggestions on ways we could accomplish the move. He came in for an estimate and provided a price that was very reasonable, especially compared to other estimates we received. While completing the work, he was on time, very nice and professional.
