I called at 6:30 a.m. because my ac wasn't working!! By 8 am it was up and running!! And I live 30 minutes away from where they are!! I couldn't be happier or more grateful!!

Outstanding customer service came within an hour to repair our furnace! Friendly, Knowledable, and honest. We will use their service again.

These guys are AMAZING and stand by their work with honest quotes and rates. They replaced the entire heating and cooling system in my parents house and even though there has been some mechanical issues due to a bad system, they have never hesitated to come right out and address the issue immediately. In fact, they ended up pulling out the whole system and replacing it free of charge, no questions asked. They came to my aid when we were selling our house and something dinked on inspection, they came right out and had it taken care of in mere hours for a FRACTION of what people were quoting us to come out and just LOOK at the problem! We have also had them replace the heating in my brother's home too. Like I said, great honest people who do great quick work and stand behind it. Can't ask for much more than that this day and age! And you can get them on the phone and talk to a real person!

These guys did an amazing job for my parents. They saved my parents thousands when another omaha HVAC company told them their equipment needed to be replaced and it would cost nearly 8 thousand to do it. I called Kevin at KC and his guys came over and checked out the system then they actually worked on it (unlike the other guys) and fixed the system. For only a couple hundred dollars they got my parent's system in tip top shape. My retired parents are on fixed incomes and we were so relieved that we didn't have to completely replace the HVAC system at this time. We very much appreciate the honesty and integrity displayed by the KC Heating and Air and we definitely use them for all our future HVAC needs

I recently purchased a home, when home inspection was done inspector said that temp drop was not correct and to have a licensed HVAC company look at it. Owner of home had KC Heating and air come out and they said that "everything was fine" here we are 2 months later and evaporator core has a leak and heat pump is cycling due to low Freon, now I have a 4000.00 bill for repair.

We have used Kevin and his amazing staff for years! Thank goodness we do not have to call them often (because the fix it right the first time), but when we do need them they are VERY responsive, trustworthy, honestly looking for the best and least expensive way to fix the issue. Furnace stopped working at 2:00am, woke up to cold house. Called KC at 7:50am and they were onsite at 8:30am. Quick diagnosis and we are back to being warm. Great job! Reasonable prices. They earned my business.

I feel like crying tears of joy because there are still honest workers with integrity left! I'm deployed and our furnace kept going out. My husband was home taking care of our little one on these cold Omaha nights. He scheduled an appointment w/KC and Kevin & Troy came out and figured out what was wrong with our furnace in 5min! Didn't charge anything not even for the trip to the house. Most companies would've charged me at least $50 to pull in my driveway. Our heater needed repair and called KC heating and air. Came to my place pretty quick and even gave a fixed price. He was super friendly, professional, and gave helpful tips on the diagnosis and what we can do in the future. Very much recommend.
