We used them on 2 houses we were flipping. They had a good price, however we had to have them come back out because we had an issue with the heat blower after they serviced it.

if you want it done right the 2nd or 3rd trip out call these guys... oh and lock down your stuff. the crew that came to my work looking like they had been up for days wearing cut off shirts, looking and sounding very unprofessional.

JPS sent out a service tech to our house Mark and he did an outstanding job. He was personable and was able to explain the dark arts of heating & cooling in a language I could easily understand. Kudos to him

Our heater was not blowing so we called jps & they were out here within the hour and had our furnace blowing heat within like 10 minutes! The men were very nice & professional and did not over charge us ! Definitely recommend!

I called them to schedule an appointment, and in less than two hours they where at my front door. Ben was very professional and fixed the problem quickly. I was happy with the price too. I did not feel like JPS overcharged me the way other companies do. I am glad I called them!

I am writing on behalf of my elderly parents. They paid cash for a new furnace and a/c unit 10/18. They have had problems ever since. The the furnace leaked all over the basement requiring the sub floor to be torn up so the floor could dry out. They sent a technician to fix the problem. I think initially there wasn't a pipe connected..then when the technician connected the pipe it was done wrong and the floor was soaked again..once again requiring the subflooring to be removed so the floor could dry. There was also a PVC pipe in the rafters that they used A CAN OF CAT FOOD to support. A CAN OF CAT FOOD! Also, the exterior exhaust pipe fell off the house. The problems continue but calls are not being returned. They also had problems with the a/c unit. They were made to wait for days before someone would come out..even after I had called and explained to the very rude lady that my mom cannot breathe well in heat and due to her copd. I believe this company has taken advantage of my parents. I plan on contacting the Better Business Bureau.
