Jensen Tire & Auto South 96th Street

I brought my Jeep into Jensen to get 4 new tires put on it. When I left my car my rims were not scratched. When I picked up my Jeep my back rim was scratched to hell. The customer service was great but they should of owned up to damaging my rims. Very upset at the amount of money I spent there only to get my Jeep back damaged.

I literally cannot rave about Orlando (manager) at Jensen on 96th and 370 enough. After leaving my car stranded overnight at work due to a fault of AAA's, I was expecting to have my car dropped off at a local dealer the next morning. I called said dealer and they told me they would not even touch my vehicle for at least two weeks because they were packed busy. I called Jensen at 7:05 am, crying and Orlando picked up, assured me everything would be okay, and that they would get it looked at that day even if it meant he personally looked at it. He called me less than two hours after I had it towed and told me it was a super simple fix and it was already done. What took them 2 hours, another dealership told me it would take two weeks before even looking at it. I will always give this location my business going forward. Thanks Orlando!

Fantastic customer service from the manager, Orlando. Knowledgeable and highly professional, he bent over backwards to get me the tires I needed, which weren't in stock. Wouldn't hesitate to do business again.

I had a flat tire and was on my way to a movie with a friend. Pulled into Jensen tire and asked an employee if they could change my tire. He was very nice and said yes go in and get a ticket written up. It took them 20 minutes and still made my movie on time. Thank-you!

Orlando is a saint. I was told not to shut off my car or it wouldn't start back up and I needed to get a part associated with my battery fixed that no one seemed to have. Orlando was able to help me, order the part and fix everything within the next business day. I am grateful for people like Orlando that know what they are doing, don't take advantage of you and care about customer service. I will definitely be taking my car here in the future!

Had to get my tires fixed because of a leak. I was able to request an appointment online and it got confirmed very quickly. Took my car in and was in and out in less than an hour with great customer service. I will be going back again.

We tried to schedule an oil change but they were all booked for the day but told us to drop it off at 7am and they said they would work it in if they had time. Got a call by 10am that the oil change was done and they had performed a 50,000 mile vehicle maintenance on it. They informed me of a few things to consider having done with no pressure to have it done today. They were very nice and efficient with answering my questions and the price for the oil change was very reasonable! Will be back for my cars future needs!

The staff was courteous, polite, respectful and explained ever detail of the problems with my vehicle in easy to understand language and what repairs were priority. The technician answered all my questions, never seemed in a rush to get me to agree or not to have the repairs done. The technician sat down and talk to me at eye level rather than stand as if he was in a hurry to either do the job or not if I didn’t agree to have the repairs done. I would recommend this location of Jensen tire & auto repair to anyone needing vehicle services for their automobile. I have moved out of the area of this location, but refuse to go to any other location because of the friendliness of the staff at this location. I have been taking my vehicle to this location for the past 5-6 years.

Had a great experience with Jensen tire. They gave me multiple tire options and told me about rebates I could get to lower the price. Was in and out in less than 4 hours without an appointment. Also appreciated that they checked my alignment but since it was still pretty good, didn’t suggest I pay to fix it. Great job guys!!

Orlando got me in the same day for new tires and brakes. Dave was very prompt and thorough with an explanation of what needed to be done and I had my truck back braking great with great looking new tires. Was in the shop for less than 5 hours. Very efficient. Highly recommend!
