Hip Hip Hair-ay

I was 6 minutes late due to traffic, and they have 15 minutes slots, my sons haircut takes 5 minutes and they refused to cut his hair because I was "late". They were rude, unprofessional, and unwelcoming. There was a receptionist and a clinician behind the desk and no one else waiting to be helped. Then I left and received an email 2 minutes later that I was a no-show for my appointment. I will find somewhere else to get my sons haircut, how do I explain this to my toddler son. 😡

Took my daughter here for her first hair cut, it was great! The staff were awesome and all of them were friendly. Will definitely come back.

Ridiculously expensive for a child's haircut ($21), but you pay for the atmosphere... Owner/landlord should spray the ceiling so you can actually hear people talk in there though. That being said, all of the staff are very good with children, and my son loves getting his haircut there. Overall, I recommend the place, but their competition that went out of business at the beginning of Covid was my preference.

I had a wonderful experience with my son earlier this week, so I booked an appt for my daughter. We had a 4pm appt, but had some unforseen schedule issues(our car wouldn't start) making us delayed. I knew the confirmation said if you were more than 5 minutes late you MIGHT need to reschedule - so I checked the online scheduler on our way and saw there was a 4:15 slot open still so figured IF we were too late there was an opening still. We arrived at 4:06. We were informed (by the stylist we were scheduled to be with ironically- who wasn't with a client) that we would have to reschedule - after driving across town. To be rescheduled for being 1 minute over the "window", when there was no one with the stylist, and online showed another appt directly after ours is very disappointing. Poor customer service. I'm very sad as we felt the quality of cut was wonderful, but customer service and understanding is equally important

Every stylist here does a great job with short and medium-length styles for young children and slightly balls middle-aged men. That's some range! They're quick, and they incorporate requests and feedback expertly. Could not hope for better.

My son has major sensory issues and we avoided haircuts for a long time. We found Claudia and Hip Hip Hair-ay and we’ll never go anywhere else! They’re amazing! Claudia is so gentle and calming with my son, even when she can tell he’s getting uncomfortable. He does great during his haircuts now!

We had the best experience yesterday with my husband and 10 month old both getting their hair cut! Erika was phenomenal with our little busy boy and cut his hair in less than 15 min. We also went on a Monday between 10-1p so We got $2 off our babies service! The salon is clean and so family friendly! They even have a family bathroom with a diaper changing area. We will be taking my family here for all my husbands and sons cuts! Highly recommend!

I took both of my daughters to this place, for the first time. We're new to the area, and I was set on having them go to a children's salon. This place did NOT disappoint. The way things work are different than normal (for any salon, etc), due to the virus, but the staff made sure the experience was smooth and comfortable for everyone. The 2 ladies that worked on my girls' hair were on time, professional, and friendly. It was a great experience, and I will definitely be having my girls go here regularly. Thanks so much!

Had a great experience here! I took my son who has special needs (non-verbal/communication delays) and doesn't do well sitting still, so hair cuts have always been a challenge for us. Despite the active tantrum he was throwing during the cut our stylist Claudia did a great job even as he was moving around a lot in the chair. I wish more businesses could be as understanding about special needs kids as them!
