H&H Lawn and Landscape

H&H Lawn and Landscape has been an outstanding company for us to work with over the past four years. We first had them do a major landscape project in our backyard including a water feature and a fire pit area. They also added landscape to our front yard. We then hired them to do complete our fertilizing and weed control throughout the summer months. In addition, we've added another tree and a few more bushes. Each spring, they come cut back our bushes and grasses, add mulch and check our ponds. This year, they repaired our front water feature and added another partial wall to help keep mulch off the patio. They did an awesome job ensuring this partial wall and seating area matched the one by our fire pit. We continue to do business with Mark, Tim and crew because they are always available to talk through our yard needs to help us create and improve our yard spaces. Last, Joslene Pike is usually the first person to speak with you when you call into the office. She is amazing as she is always positive, quick to assist, and follows-up on whatever it is that made you call. We look forward to our continued business with H&H Lawn and Landscape!

Shady tactics, providing and billing for services never agreed to. Their aeration service didn't touch half of our yard. Their "overseeing" treatment had no visible seeds on the ground, much less any growth from it. Thought, well that's the last we will ever use them (fall 2021) Then we didn't renew the service, they came out again unsolicited and tries to bill us for more. The weed treatment we received in Spring/Summer of 2021 was OK, better than nothing, but still not worth renewing, which is why we never renewed anything. Their only response was "I left you a voicemail and an email," neither of which constitutes an agreement for services. Terrible service, very atypical of Omaha.

We had a very good experience with H&H. They removed an old 120 ft long tie wall and replaced it with precast blocks. The crew was friendly, polite, and professional. They were very accommodating when I wanted to make small changes. I would use them again.

When I was searching for aeration, I contacted several lawn care companies for quotes and was very pleased with the prices and customer service at H&H. If I have a question, I like to be able to talk to someone, and Joslene, who I believe is the office manager, always picked up the phone or got back to me right away.

Burt and his team at H and H installed a paver patio w gas fire pit. They were not only quick, but also produced a great finished product that we use often. We are very pleased and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new backyard. Thanks !

Update: Customer service got back to me and said they had sent me an email in may, which they had. Although not exactly what I was looking for, it did cover about 70% of what I was asking a bid for. I am changing my review to reflect this and appreciate the team getting back to me and addressing my review. Had Mark come out and talk to me about the yard. Thought we had a good thing going, he gave me great advice and we made a plan. He said he would get back to me soon with some numbers. I waited a couple weeks with no word. Texted Mark, no text back. Called the company, they never got back to me. Wrote a message to them on there website, never got back to me. Disappointed in the communication, hope they get it squared away for other customers. Would be happy to change review if someone gets back to me.

H & H Lawn & Landscape has excellent integrity from their landscape designer all the way through to their crew members! It was an exciting project of landscaping, fire pit and water feature for our household and I was glad we had the support of H & H!

I contacted H&H Landscaping and he got back to me within the day. (that has been unheard of lately in any industry). Burton was very prompt and professional. Came to the appointment On-Time and communicated with me the entire time. He sent us over the plans the next day and they were exactly what we wanted. We set the date for our landscape and they showed up on time on the date / timeframe that they said they would be there and did the work in 2 days. 10/10 recommend. We are very happy with the quality and professionalism!

The H&H Lawn and Landscaping crew did phenomenal work on the three garden beds recently for my husband and me, especially given the state of the garden beds. The work the landscaping crew completed recently was more than a "typical" landscaping job. Their work has freed me of the guilt of not being available to take care of my beautiful garden beds these last few months. Due to my need to spend the last few months traveling back and forth between Omaha and my parents’ house 4.5 hours away to help my parents as they go through their respective, individual health issues, I have been unable to tend to the maintenance and care of the garden beds. Having the garden beds cleared of weeds, pruned and looking better than they have ever looked, has lifted my spirits and boosted my energy! I appreciated Mark coming out to complete a complimentary consultation and detailed quote for the services H&H Lawn and Landscaping offers. The fee was more than fair, very reasonable and I gladly paid the invoice without hesitation. Joslene, H&H’s Admin-Extraordinaire, is always cheerful and helpful when it comes to scheduling landscaping jobs, setting up the weekly mowing team each season, and answering any other questions that might come up throughout the seasons. I highly recommend H&H Lawn and Landscaping for ALL your landscaping needs!!

On time, under budget and professional! In a world where contractors seem to play by their own rules, H&H was outstanding. They showed up when they said they would, they finished on time and under budget, despite my making changes to our design throughout the process. The owner was always responsive, and never let on if my high maintenance requests were making him nuts. The crew was clean and respectful and never left any more of a mess than was absolutely necessary, which is much appreciated when you have small kids to try and keep away from the worksite. Absolutely recommend!
