It was a pleasant experience from start to finish. I just moved here from Florida and came in for an oil change. Joe was very informative and I appreciated how he explained the other recommended services for my vehicle. Service was completed in a timely manner. I was provided a list of scheduled service items when my car hits a certain mileage. I am greatful for that because that allows me to budget accordingly for my next services. Thank you for this positive experience. I am always hesitant when coming into a dealership for anything but the customer service was amazing and I did not leave feeling cheated.

Amanda was excellent!! Everyone at H&H was! Because of our schedules we could only go look at vehicles at night and they stayed late to get us into a truck. We really appreciated how easy they made everything! Amanda was very nice and made it the best car buying experience we have had!!

Emailed and called several times about purchasing a new truck with a trade in only to be ignored. Tried scheduling an appointment on a Thursday for a Saturday appointment since I’m out of town and stationed 3 hours south. Never received a follow up until 45 minutes before my “appointment” asking if I was still coming in. Explained what’s all happened and finally received a text asking if I was still coming in. Absolutely not. Highly advise people to go to virtually anywhere else for a new vehicle

I met Rodney upon arrival and he is hands down the best rep I've ever purchased from. He got me into a brand new Trailblazer at my same payment, but his laidback style is what made this deal happen. I appreciated that I was given the space to look around and ask questions. Josh P. listened to my concerns and genuinely seemed to care. He responded quickly to my questions in my preferred format of communication. In addition, he listened to my likes and dislikes and helped me to make a final choice about my car. A process that seemed overwhelming and scary at first was not. In addition, Dillon was helpful with the financing and clearly explained my options. He answered my questions and made sure I understood everything. Even though I was anxious about buying a new car, the process was so easy!

My mom and I walked into another dealership, where we were largely ignored until my mom was seen looking around for the bathroom. We hurried up and left that establishment and headed to H&H Chevrolet. Upon our arrival inside, we were immediately greeted and our presence announced. From the moment we walked in the door, Chris Webb took outstanding care us. He answered every question with a pleasant attitude and we never once got the impression that we were being taken advantage of or that our questions bothered him. To add sweet icing to the cake, Chef Dan prepared a handcrafted, delicious meal for me since I am plant based and could not eat anything off the menu. He told me he was going to think of something when I ordered so that I did not go hungry and proceeded to bring me his out of the world, tasty creation, upon delivering my mom's meal. It was totally unexpected, but the gesture unforgettable. Furthermore, Rodney Wein, treated my mom and I like family from the moment he sat down to discuss finances and answered ALL of our questions thoroughly. We were never made to feel like anything else but appreciated and valued human beings. Finally, Ron Covert got my mom a sweet deal of a discount on her auto insurance. I can't say enough about the entire team, except they set the bar high on customer service and went above and beyond to meet my mom's car buying needs and gained 2 'Forever Customers.' We are telling everyone we know - run, don't walk here for your next vehicle purchase! : )

Went and got my new car yesterday!! Being very nervous after not driving for months after a car accident, they were so kind and helpful. They listened to my needs, heard what I needed, gave me options, offered additional information that was very helpful in deciding. Salesman was great, finance person was professional and helpful and even the service department checked in on me and the vehicle. Overall great experience and great team!

When I decided to build my truck, Pat Campbell provided excellent service! He set realistic expectations, informed me of all the options that were available and not available due to pandemic constraints. Once my order was placed he kept me updated frequently and when it came time to pick the truck up Pat made the experience great!
