The guys at Heartland Lawns are great .. we have been using them for years for our yard chemical applications but they did a landscape / outdoor lighting project for us this summer... they did a fantastic job !!

You can see the pictures. This is after three years with them. They make no outward attempt to address these issues. I had to ask them to take care of what are very obviously weedy areas and even then they didn't do anything about them until mid-August.

Heartland Lawns has the most respectful people working for them. Every person who has been at our home has been very helpful and respectful. We have seen huge improvements with our lawn as well that wasn't taken care of prior to us moving in.

We used Heartland Lawns this week and had them build a retaining wall for us. They did an amazing job on the wall but even better was the customer service. They were on time and schedule as told to us. They communicated before and during the process. Brittany stopped by several times to make sure we were happy with the wall and how it was coming along. I can’t say enough about how pleased we are with the experience. Would definitely recommend and we will be using them for our lawn care this coming season.

This company is fantastic. I called for a quote on Wednesday, they had the quote done on Thursday and the first treatment was on a Friday. They put down fantastic fertilizer for a very reasonable price and my lawn looks fantastic. I’m very satisfied with the level of service I get with Heartland Lawns.

I'm absolutely blown away by what this company can do. A few years ago my son used Round-Up on my side yard to kill weeds, not realizing it would kill everything in it's path. I also have a huge south facing window that burns the lawn, thus our south lawn has been a hot mess for a few years now. My hubby and I have tried everything to bring it back to life; seeding, weeding, fertilizing, etc. and never got anywhere. We even used the expensive products from the local sod dealer to no avail. We thought about tearing it out and starting over with new sod. This picture may not look impressive yet, this is what ONE Heartland Lawn treatment has done for my side yard. In only three weeks the healthy grass has starting to fill in the bare spots! At my request, Heartland Lawns will aerate and seed in the fall, so this is from fertilizer and weeding treatments alone! The healthy parts of my yard (like my backyard) are incredibly lush and thick, like a golf course, it's never looked this lovely. I figured out that I will be spending LESS this season by hiring Heartland Lawns than continuing all of my feeble attempts at self-care. Hiring this company was the best decision I've made in a long time. Side note, we do not have a sprinkler system. I make sure that the lawn gets 1"-1.5" per week either via rainfall, or I'll manually water which is so easy. You CAN have a beautiful lawn, even if an inground sprinkler isn't an option for you.

A neighbor is using Heartland Lawns for a project. Today they had trouble turning around in front of my house and needed to unload a bobcat to get their truck/trailer unstuck from the landscaping rocks in my neighbors yard. They knocked over a woodpile on my property when unloading the bobcat. Unfortunately, they drove off ignoring the mess they had left behind. I went down to the job site to let them know I had watched the whole thing. I wanted to give them a chance to make it right before posting a negative review if I had to restack the wood myself. Guillermo came right away and stacked the wood for me. He apologized for his coworkers. I want to give him a special shout out for cleaning up the mess they others had left.

I wanted to have my weeds and crabgrass under control so I hired Heartland Lawns to treat my grass in 2021. After having them complete their 6 step service last year I called to let them know I was unhappy with the amount of weeds I still had. They said I needed to have the treatment for at least 2 years before I see the effects. I gave them another year and here we are almost 2 years in and my grass probably looks the worst on the block. My crabgrass is so out of control. I have called multiple times this year and they come out and spray again and it comes right back. Then they tried to tell me that the crabgrass is out of control due to the dry conditions! I am tired of hearing excuses! I called to cancel and asked them to waive my last bill of 63 dollars and they said they would have someone come back out to treat the grass again. I said no as I have given them 2 years to make my lawn look good and it hasnt happened. I DO NOT recommend this company at all as I have paid well over $700 and my yard looks awful! I will take care of my grass from this point forward as I am very UNHAPPY with this company! Find someone else to treat your grass if you are looking !!

It is too bad because I wanted to like the full service management but the scheduling is a problem. They flagged my yard for aeration then cannot be out for 2 weeks. So am I not supposed to mow the lawn for 2 weeks? Plus we are getting several weeds and I have had multiple trees die. I expressed my concern and there was no answer but "I am sorry". There was no effort incoming up with a mutually beneficial solution, they seemed to be ok if we moved our business elsewhere. I did not feel like a valued customer.

Getting more and more disappointed in Heartland Lawns and their disappointing service. Scheduled a mid-season sprinkler check, two weeks ago, for 8 AM this morning and was told that I would be the first job for the day. Took the morning off so I could be here. Called to see where the guy was shortly after 9 AM and was told he was about an hour out because he had other jobs ahead of me. We have continued to use Heartland Laws because the service has been impeccable in previous years. But they have really slipped starting with the Christmas light installation and take down this past holiday season. I hope the service returns to what we have come to expect from Heartland Lawns.
