Aaron performed our quarterly inspection and spray today July 14th, 2021. He was extremely thorough, very informative to my questions, also found 2 wasp nest and took care of those. I showed him a picture of a spider that have a photo of that was on the sidewalk and he looked it up to identify the spider for me and informed me it’s not poisonous which put me at ease. I’m including the picture, as he showed me the picture of it taken in Lincoln, NE.

So a bit lengthy but worth it if you are considering. First impressions, A RISE salesman came to my door shortly after I already made a commitment with Heartland lawns. Nothing against Heartland because I did not give them a chance but the RISE salesman was so confident that I would be satisfied that he offered to pay my cancellation fee with Heartland if there was one. I could immediately tell that he cared and believed wholeheartedly in there product that I had to give them a chance. No crawling bugs have been found in our house all year which was to be expected with any pest control services. What I didn't expect was the customer service that came with it. Rise does spray for wasps around the top of the house but we were having a wasp infestation around our privacy fence. I called and they sent our Tyler within 2 days. Tyler is a very professional and thorough technician that is full of positive energy. He sprayed all the way around the fence on all 3 posts going across. Within 2 days there were no more wasps at all and have not had a problems since. This company has exceeded every expectation for pest control and would highly recommend them to anyone that doesn't want to deal with the creepy crawlies.

Great company and service. I was so pleased with Braydon’s visit to our house yesterday. He was really polite, calm and well informed. He made the process to sign up so easy! Then - a tech came out today, at exactly the timeframe Braydon said they would. He took the time to explain exactly what he was doing and made sure I understood the process and our contract. The visit to our house was quick. Thomas was respectful of the property and even wore protective gear so that he didn’t get our floors dirty. Then - got a follow up call and an email to make sure we were pleased with the service. Wow! I am really impressed with this company. It’s honestly the best customer service I think I have ever had. I’m happy to have the insects taken care of and feeling like royalty in the meantime.

Our experience so far with Rise has been great! We signed up with Casey and he was very helpful and knowledgeable about what the technicians would come out and do. Our technicians were Aaron and Tyler - they explained everything and were very quick. So glad we went with this company. Their service is great.

We just switched from another pest control company and we couldn't be more pleased. The first visit from Aaron and Jackson was so thorough and professional. They didn't rush like the other company did each time they visited. I felt like I was their only customer for the day. Aaron even took the time to extend another visit for 14 days after to check on the issue we had been having. Which leads me to my second visit from Dillon and Jackson. They started out doing a 14 day check that turned into them giving us advice and extending their services in the future with a smile as they stood in the terrible heat. They were so pleasant and caring. Again, this is something I was not getting from the other pest control provider. Thank you, Kameron for getting us signed up!! Updated Review--07-06-22: Joshua sent me a text to let me know he was on his way and also asked what he can help with during his visit. He was very thorough and very professional.

Rise was a good company to work with, but ever since Greenix took over its gone downhill. They forgot to schedule my June service and when I called to question it couldn't get me in for 2 weeks. They no call/no showed my last appointment, I again had to call to question it and get rescheduled. Now my service for today was cancelled due to "scheduling conflicts" and the soonest they can reschedule is in a week. You'll also wait on hold 20+ minutes to talk to customer service no matter the time of day. I'll be switching service providers.

A service that I’m glad I got. I have had some issues with wasps, ants, and spiders and was planning to get around to trying to get rid of them. Just hadn’t done it yet due to time and accessibility. So Rise offered me a deal that I am glad to have accepted. I very rarely purchase a service from folks who come to my door but Matt was friendly enough and offered service discounts that was worth a try. Excellent customer service. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Thomas, the tech who came to my house was very thorough, professional and respectful of my property. He assessed and treated the problem areas I spoke to him about along with treating all of the remaining interior and exterior portions of the house and property. Give Thomas and Matt a raise! They represent Rise very well and you should be proud that they are part of your company. Rise also followed up with a phone call to make sure I received the proper service. Great first impression overall. Thanks

This company was hired for a great price 2 years ago, second year the price more than doubled. The wasp problem and ants in yard never was improved. We canceled in early 2022. I don't understand it, they still come out quarterly and were just out today. As whatever they're doing is not working I just ask them to leave. I have an attitude with them at this point because I don't understand why they continue to come out.

Company would let us know 20 mins before reaching our house that they were coming… they changed our service plan charging us more money with out our consent after the initial 4 weeks we still had the same problem! We had to hire a different company to come in and do the work they were suppose to do for the same amount.

DO NOT hire Greenix, extremely poor service, poor ethical standards of sales and service, and $500 IN CANCELLATION FEES ALONE?!? In our attempt to be good local business supporters, my husband hired Greenix after a representative visited our Gretna, Neb. home, giving the impression he represented A LOCAL company. Not only did we not see any decline in the mosquitos, bugs or moles were were promised, but when we called to cancel, were charged $500 IN A CANCELLATION FEE, effectively 6-months of services. This was NEVER expressed to us verbally; in calling to find answers, we were told it was 'in our contract and within their right to charge.' That is our fault for not reading the size 4 print in the EMAILED contract sent to us after the fact. Absolutely disgusted that THIS is what this business is charging after not providing a quality service, and that their customer service offered no recompense or a solutions, just 'sorry folks, too bad for you!" My attempts to recoup that $500, which would have been deposited into our savings account, my children's college fund, or Christmas gifts, have gone unanswered from anyone locally. My only hope at this point is to discourage any and all others from using this business. I NEVER post reviews like this - ever. But businesses who lock people into astronomical fees, essentially bullying private home owners when other local, small business owners bend over BACKWARDS to do the right thing and serve our community... IT REALLY PISSES ME OFF.
