Denise at Brentwood plaza location didn’t do very well on my simple haircut. It was rushed and missed a lot of spots. No pleased.

Went to take my bots to get a hair cut all to get attitude from the guy that checked us in when he seen I had a pop. Really? No signs saying no drinks allowed.

Took a young man in for a haircut. He is new to the area and mildly autistic. The staff was friendly and took time to find out exactly what he wanted. The results look great.

My whole family goes to Lavista Great Clips. Never had a problem. Even if it wasn't done quite right, they have gladly fixed the problem. We have been going there almost since they have opened. LONG TIME.

Second time have a haircut at this location, my 1st time was fine...the second time 1 of the lady did a lousy work,one side she did trim,and the other side she DID NOT....DONT RECOMMENDED THIS LOCATION
