Gorilla Wash

Came in and used my card on the self wash bay, double charged me, decided to try to get my over charge back, called, they said they would email or call me back, and surprise surprise, nobody called or emailed. Scammers. DONT USE A CARD ON THE SELF SERVICE MACHINES!

If you are in the market for a touchless car wash, look no further. With no guid rails to scratch your wheels, you are able to simply drive through the touchless car was at gorilla's. With that they also offer up monthly packages starting at $30/mo that allow you to get a wash every 24hrs. After the 3rd or 4th wash you have already gotten your moneys worth. Their customer service is amazing as well.

They have seemed to fix my previous complaints! They adjusted the readers so it reads from the correct lane now, consistently. They have also recently updated their washes with new equipment that doesn't break down constantly which I feel is welcomed by customers and their staff. It doesn't seem to soap as much as the previous one and I wish it still did the two rounds of rinsing around the perimeter of the vehicle but still does a pretty good job. The dryers are definitely better! For sure an upgrade and worth getting for the price each month!

It was so easy joining for car wash subscription but i have been trying to cancel it and this is my 3rd day in a row calling then to cancel and they still haven’t. I have probably talked to 10 different people. Some hangs up on me . Always ask for name and email and never get back go me. DO NOT join their monthly car wash subscription

I am a big fan of this place. Perfect open space if you have larger vehicles or even RV to use their powerful vacuum's at a very reasonable price. Great automatic carwash and plenty of bays for manually washing your vehicle with their full line of soap and waxing options. Manager was very friendly at the 90th and center location as well. Highly recommend supporting this small business due to my experiences there

Absolutely do not go here! Worst car wash experience ever.. I choose the $10 car wash for the automatic wash and deposited a $20 bill. The machine gave me no change. I’ve have been trying to contact customer service and they are refusing to give me my change. All I ask is that I receive either a check or cash for $10. I wouldn’t lie about not receiving change. The machine specifically said unable to give change even though it said it accepted $1, $5, $10 and $20 bills. I guess if you go here make sure you use card or exact cash cause otherwise you will be stolen from

Automatic car wash is horrible, worst car wash in town. Rain does a better job. Do-it-yourself stalls are pretty nice though.

Purchased the multiple car unlimited wash. Unfortunately after having this for two months it has either been off line or not worked more than 6 different occasions. We have called and let them know multiple times and apparently they can’t keep their wash up and running consistently! Nothing worse than going out of your way for a car wash and when you use your phone app to activate the wash it goes through on your phone but the wash doesn’t work. Then when that happens since your only allowed one wash a day you can’t try it again because it says you have already used your wash for the day. After 3 days in a row of the car wash not working recently we will be going somewhere else and not looking back!

Thought I'd save money going through a self service. Not the case. Machine ate a dollar i never got and went from 8$ to 15 ...really fast. :/

"Works" wash is $2 cheaper here than 90th and center, but not quite the same quality. Decent wash, a little light on the soap and cleaning power. The dryers were aniemic as well. I'd much rather pay an extra couple bucks for a better performing wash
