If you want to cover your vehicle in cold, recycled water with very little soap, this is the place for you. Way overpriced. These facilities should be condemned and torn down.

This car wash is just okay. For basic dirt and grime, it's fantastic. Have a ton of bug guts or mud, and it won't get clean here. Took these pictures today after having washed my SUV, and it just doesn't cut it. Lot of bug residue left over, even after spending 15 minutes trying to wash. Used both the presoak stuff and two high power soap and rinse cycles and this is what's left. I think the lack of hot water is what keeps this place from obtaining a perfect wash.

About 5-10 percent of the time I go, something about the wash cycle isn't working, or a bay is closed. And cars often form substantial lines at the automated bays, while self wash bays have none. I pass by often and am retired, so can go during most people's regular work hours when it's not busy. Also, the air dryer is so loud you can hear it a mile away at my house; noise pollution.

this car wash has charged me for a year and I have not been able to access the app when I ask them to cancel they tell me I have to wait another month. This car wash is a complete joke and a complete rip off would not use this car wash at all. It’s all about the money for them not customer service.

The wash did not work for the pick up truck in front of me, then he started going back and forth to trip the sensors. I think when he went back it triggered my wash. When he was done I wave the attendant over and he said that it happened a lot that day, but that he was locked out of the office and that he could not refund me or start the wash for me. He didn't bother taking my name or telling me whom to call. He just apologized his way back to the office with a line of cars behind me. Not going there unless I am in a great hurry.

My car was completely filthy with mud and salt and I just chose the deluxe wash as it was very reasonably priced and it did a way better job than I thought it would! I love the touch free aspect and for the price, it’s absolutely worth it. I will be bringing my car back here whenever I need a wash.

Several of the bays the quarter slots do not work, so eventually I just have up and left. The automatic bays work well especially for a quick wash in the winter you can pull in and get clean and be out of the elements while you wait. Do have several items for sale in the vending machines too. You can also purchase washes via their app as well.

Not worth it. The bigger carwashes are better and cost the same for a basic wash. At gorilla, it's $8 for the automatic touch less and self service is a minimum $5 for five minutes. I should have timed it, as I spent another $2 to finish a very quick wash down.
