We had an complication with our washer overflowing during it's rince cycle. contacted Eager and they were able to come out within a few hours to diagnose the issue. We needed a pipe replaced. Danny came back out the day after Christmas and got it all taken care of. Danny was pleasant and easy to work with. Would recommend.

Incredible service! Our repairman Gregory was on time, knowledgeable and courteous. He worked diligently to assess our issue and was able to resolve it the next afternoon. This job most would have given up and/or charged us far more to completely gut and rework. He wasn’t afraid of the challenge and stayed until the job was done! Great communication from the company. love the detailed text and accompanying photograph of our tech. Made us feel at ease. We will return for all our plumbing needs.
