They are poor at diagnosis and just throw parts at it. The labor rates are just too high and I’m sure the lowly tech gets very little

TERRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!! Customer service! DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMAPY!!! I called them trying to sub them out for service. Everyone I talked to was rude. They must not like money! This place is a joke! too bad there isn't a half a star option. I Hope one day you need to call me for something service related!! I am going laugh in your face!

GoodWin tucker use to be good service and hornest. Now its Corpoerate, ask for your credit card first ,next email you to sign, then tell you they are out about a week. Are you kiding me? Whe restaurant need service, they need it now. and when did the company affraid customers not paying them. where are the trust? Disappointment for me, will not recomend to anyone
