While this store is very convenient right off the Highway and is pretty organized into sections, I asked an associate where they had womens capris and the associate had no idea where I might find some. The cashier was super friendly, and I shopped on a day that they were having a sale, so I saved even more!

Always a good, clean environment and helpful employees! The staff is helpful and kind. The ONE time one of them wasn’t, she was addressed and the manager apologized. It’s ok, right? We all have bad days! :)

Short chubby brunette that works register is super friendly and helpful. Not only did she take the time to help me find my size item by item but she also drew me a map to get to the other good will. Great customer service with this young lady!

A lot bigger than it looks but fairly well picked. My guess is because of the big retirement community this store is fairly well picked of most good items I'm looking for, however that doesn't mean they don't still have a lot. If say 80% clothes, you're probably not going to find too many household goods. Worry a stop, I grabbed four polos for $4.

Came to Goodwill to look for an ugly sweat for a holiday party. Though I felt the Christmas sweaters were overpriced an employee- I believe Megan was her name helped me find cheap items to add to make it even uglier at a fair price. Her ideas were creative and unique. Her customer service skills went above and beyond. Because of her I think I'll be a sure win. Thank you so much for employing such kind of people. I'll be back

This is the worst Goodwill I have ever been to when it comes to the staff. I brought in something to return that I bought the day before that I realized was broken when I got into the car but they had already closed. So I waited until the next day and the lady told me they could do an exchange. I was fine with that. So i went to look around to find something to exchange it with. I came back up and waited in line for quite some. When I finally got to the register I ended up having to move because her computer froze and then she handed my exchange to the cashier next to her. He started ringing me up when she came up and told him that it had to be exactly $3.99 or I couldn't have my money back. Confused the other cashier said that it was over $4 and she said that it had to be exactly $3.99. She did not explain this to me before I walked around to find something that i didn't even need all for me to end up paying for it in the end with a broken object that couldn't be returned. She was very short with me and honestly none of the staff even seem like they want to be around people. None of them smile or talk to you other than them telling you the price. Definitely will not be going back to this one.

Recently relocated here to Nebraska from Guam. I have visited more than ten times so far. (However, our first visit to this location was back in 2019.) All in all, the staff have always been courteous, and kind. I also classify this store, as "My home Store", since we live close by here in Papillion. Great deals, and Great Staff. Keep up the great work.

Truly 5 star ...best goodwill I have been to in year's anywhere in the United States. I APPRECIATED everthing friendly service , clean atmosphere and especially the FAIR and honest pricing. It would seam theirs a bright future for goodwill if this store is any example of their management culture going forward.

One of My favorite places to shop in the whole wide world 🌎 !The team members are so friendly,kind ,and helpful ,and humorous,they always make me feel special !😀🌸🌻I Highly recommend going to this thrift store I’ve found so many AWESOME pieces ,I get so many compliments,and it’s so affordable !Ive been to other Goodwills but I don’t like it as much as I like this( location )one !😊🌸Thank you to the Goodwill team at this location for all your hard work ,and dedication ,and for your effort ,even when you get tired ,and when Work gets stressful !You truly make a difference,and that’s a Beautiful thing!😊🌻 -Alexandria🌸
