In the process of working with this company. Job hasn't been completed yet, but I was very impressed with Dan on how he explained to us the process of what is being done. and how it should all end. We're trusting that we will be very satisfied when the job is completed.

First I was skeptical when I was told that have to pay upfront. I had doubts that what happens if they won’t catch a raccoon that lived in attic. Professional, smart traps with video camera! Animal was caught within 12 hours when other companies have failed to catch it for weeks. Great job Dan. Thank you very much. Recommended!

The tech was on time when he said he was going to be here. He effectively took take of our mole problem. The initial cost seems like a lot but for the amount of work they do makes you feel like you get your money’s worth. Thank you

We had a bat get in our house every year around the same time. These guys came out, did their thing, and we never saw a bat again. Then I heard some scratching in the crawl space, called them, and they came out the next day, did their thing, and I never heard another sound. They were quick, they were always courteous and professional in communications, and worth every penny.

For the 4th year in a row we had a raccoon and babies invade our offices. I called Genuine Wildlife Control and even amidst the chaos of today's world they responded quickly. The did a thorough scan of our warehouse including the roof. We found mother and babies hiding in a wall. Rather than torment and scare them he used scents and cameras to track and push them to leave. They were gone in a day.. They also helped figure out where they are coming in and can help solve that problem for us as well. I would HIGHLY recommend this company! Quick, courteous and very professional! I wish would have called them 4 years ago!

We use Genuine pest control in 2 houses, very great service and friendly to customers. Used them for some bat exclusion and removing pesty moles in our yard! Both done with a couple visits! Don't hesitate to call them today!!

Great company to work with. Very thorough, they check every possible area of the house looking for access points, also very honest, took pictures of access points and explained what they see in the pictures. Definitely calling them again if needed.

My experience with Genuine Pest Control has been extremely positive. I’m impressed with the services they have provided eradicating our “mouse” problem and because of that experience contracted their additional quarterly service for spider eradication. I would recommend them highly.

I wish I hadn't waited so long to find Genuine Pest Control! Dan responded quickly to my need for help with squirrels in our attic crawl space. He came quickly and inspected the space. He could have up-charged us to set traps, but he was honest and told us that we did not have squirrels, but rather bats. He patched all of the holes in our roof line where bats were entering and installed a trap door system to humanely let bats out that night, but not back in. After months of hearing squeaks in the attic, we haven't had one issue since! As a bonus, Dan had a little time so he took care of our mole problem too, without an extra charge.
