FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers

The therapist go above and beyond i truly appreciate them and admire most of them however i give this a 2 star because my son has behaviors and instead of being up front and honest with me, i was given a lame excuse of why they couldnt meet his needs instead of the truth!

My daughter has been receiving OT services for the past 3 years. Staff are very patient with her and we've seen tremendous progress. Definitely recommend!

I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. The office stuff is way beyond unorganized. The front in staff and billing staff is a nightmare. I have never had more issues with them when it came to my child. The therapist Megan is freaking awesome. She is the only reason I kept bring my child back. If you want a stress free therapy place do not go there. Especially when it comes to them dealing with insurance.🤦🏾‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️

I am happy with all your staff, they are very kind and friendly to work with, the receptionists need a little bit more kindness to others, but other than that I have no problems with your facility!!! This is my 2nd visit to this therapy & balance center & I can say with 100% certainty that if I have to return in the near future for any reason that I will come to the Papillon facility & no other place!!!!

Amazing, AMAZING service here! Wow, I can NOT believe how kind and respectful each and every employee was at this location. I was doing therapy 3 times a week here and each and every time I was well taken care of and I learned something new each session I attend. Thank you Bobby, Joyce, John, Tom, Diana, Nadia and Breanna. I will never forget you all and I will ALWAYS refer people to you. I still brag about the care I received. ❤️❤️👏👏

I LOVE this FYZICAL location! The staff is extremely knowledgeable and make you feel right at home. I couldn't imagine a better place to go.

I've been in and out of physical therapy since childhood and I have to say Fyzical is at the top. I really felt challenged and encouraged to do my best and the whole crew was friendly and we had a lot of fun, which is not something I usually feel when doing exercise!

My daughter started speech therapy at Fyzical Papillion Pediatrics and we can already tell it is helping her a lot. The Speech Pathologists are great and my daughter is always happy when she’s at therapy.

Garrett has been great with my boys! My oldest is nonverbal and Garrett works with him with a dedicated speaking device and my youngest is delayed. Both boys adore Garrett and enjoy coming to therapy!

We drive out of our way just to come to this specific location! My 2 1/2 year old has ASD and recieves speech and occupational therapy with THE MOST amazing staff and group!! They are so dedicated, passionate, and just literally the nicest people on the planet - especially the specialists that work with my daughter! She is a whole other person with them, attentive, creative, her learnign curve automatically spikes just being in the therapists presence. Their times are flexible and accommodating, theres no pressure and the moment you walk in - they scoop up your child for core work while mommy gets to relax with coffee and a book! My daughter's attitude, progression and learning capabilities has been noticed by ABA services to be beyond recognition from when she started just 3 months ago all THANKS TO Fyzical Papillion, so we refuse to go anywhere else! You guys are truly Amazing!
