Friendly staff and Dr Sikes is the best! He was thorough with the evaluation and explains all my questions and concerns! We moved to the area a year ago and I am glad to have selected this office for my ongoing foot care! I would definitely recommend this office.

The staff was more than accommodating and very pleasant. The doctor seems very knowledgeable and wasn't hard on the eyes either. He listened to my suggestions and advised me of different option and let me decide how we would continue. I was very impressed.

Once again I had such a GREAT visit with Dr. Nelson! He explained in such wonderful detail my options for improving my feet health. He even wrote things down for me so I wouldn’t forget later. He explained to me in detail about trying a different type of shoe for the health of my feet. I left there feeling so happy and satisfied with my experience. I’m so glad that I chose this place to come to! Dr. Nelson is truly a doctor that helps you to feel so relaxed!

could not have been better!! my appointment with dr pehde went far beyond my expectations.. as he listened carefully, did not order unnecessary tets/x rays , diagnosed my problem and gave me the appropriate advice and treatment ..overall very pleasant experience..by a very competent very caring provider. .

I absolutely loved Dr Jordan Sikes and his staff! They made me comfortable, though out my procedure (which was a toenail removal) . They gave me my options on what the outcome could be and explained which one would make the most sense and had the best outcome. But they left it up to me. And yes....I got charged, out of pocket, $150 for being a new patient. THEY TOLD ME THIS on the phone when I called to make my new patient appointment! I got the money back in a couple months (with insurance). Not a big deal! Excellent care, gentle procedure, along with a little humor. It was a fantastic experience! While I hope I don't have to have anything else removed, If I do, I will go here again and again!

Dr. Nelson was very caring, thorough and concerned about my foot pain. He was also my mom’s podiatrist but she passed away this year. Dr. Nelson’s genuine sympathy for my loss was heartfelt and appreciated dearly. Thank you for taking such good care of my mom through the years. I can joyfully say that her feet are perfectly healed now!!! 😇

I've broken both of feet multiple times, and this is where, and will always be, the place I go. The staff are great, the place is comfortable and my doctor is amazing. He really does care about his patients and their well-being.

My initial visit went very smoothly; all new patient forms completed online & ahead of the scheduled appointment, copay processed effortlessly, and the exam thorough. In house digital x-ray made quick & insightful recommendations for a plan to move forward with options for in-house or other physical therapy options. It's nice to have options explained in layman's terms.

The doctor was so good! What a great guy. When I left the office I felt like like my old self. Pain was gone and was able to walk normally again. Ladies at the desk were so sweet and were so helpful. What a great group of employees you have there. My favorite doctors visit with immediate results!!! Thanks guys sorry but I don’t hope I’ll see you soon. Except the blonde at the desk. My mother normally sees Dr. Nelson but made an appoint to see Dr. Greenhagen on a Tuesday. The receptionist was rather curt and said that the appt was cancelled on the portal. My mother is not tech savy and did not get online to cancel the appt. My mother did say that she received a call the day before to remind her of the appt. I dont know if the call required her to confirm or not. She is elderly and that may have happened. My issue is the receptionist was not very sympathetic or helpful. She said we could wait but Dr. Greenhagen was backed up. We waited over an hour past our arrival and when I asked when we could expect to see the doctor she said he was with a patient and she couldnt interrupt. She again said the appt was cancelled on the portal. I feel that she could have inquired with staff sooner and communicated to us the appt status. I don't normally complain about things like this but this person was not communicative. A little courtesy goes a long way and we didn't receive any. Addendum Feb. 8 While i greatly appreciate the response from the owner and do understand that if our appointment was cancelled we could not expect to be accommodated timely I am still at a loss as to how our appointment got cancelled in the first place. My mother claims she does not know how to log in to the portal. According to the owner, "We have situations similar to this that occur due to many of our older less tech savvy patients." If this is a recurring theme it would seem that a change in procedure in regards to confirmations for elderly clients might be helpful. Such as a phone call.
