Five Guys

My wife and I went there for lunch two days ago. The guy at the counter taking our order was slouched over the counter like he was taking a nap. He wasn’t very friendly or professional. We ordered our food and went and sat down at a table. It wasn’t long before we noticed a terrible smell coming from the trash cans by the restrooms. We got up and moved to a different table so we didn’t have to smell the trash while we were trying to eat. We tried to have a conversation but the music was so loud we could not. I actually had to go outside to take a phone call because of the loud music. The floors were filthy with food and trash all over them. One of the employees was spraying down tables with a bottle of bleach that was so strong the smell was overpowering. I commented to him about but he just ignored me. When we got our food they had put the burgers at the bottom of the bag and just dumped fries on top of them to where they were overflowing from the bag. We had to actually ask for plates so we could dump out the fries to get to our burgers. This was not a to go order btw. This was without a doubt, the worst experience that I have ever had in a restaurant. I will NEVER go back again!

The Papillion location sadly didn't have shakes like some of the other locations in town, but the crew told us that they are going to have shakes after an upcoming store facelift. Burgers were hot, fresh, juicy and tasted amazing. While we waited about 2-3 minutes before we were greeted, once attended to, the staff was friendly and outgoing. Their love of Star Wars was a plus, too. Always a good, fast burger from a consistent brand.

What a great first experience at a restaurant. The employees were super helpful, friendly and enthusiastic. The food was great.... especially the fries. I'm super picky with French fries, but these were delicious. My new favorite fries. I'll definitely return in the future. Thanks!

Love their fries and burgers, I get the lil cheese burger and it always fills me up. We share 2 large fries for our family of 6 and no one ever leaves hungry. Food is always made to order fresh and always hot.

Absolutely fantastic service and quality! As with everything, you get what you pay for. Look past the price and be assured you're getting an amazing product. Best burgers in America!

The "regular" is huge. Two patties of beef nicely cooked, and very good tasting. I'll have the little one next time though. I'll have the mini fries too. Very tasty, all of it. More than I need in a single meal now days. I'll be back!!

Great burgers & fries. Service is OK, atmosphere blah. Floor & tables needed a good cleaning. Prices higher than ever. Beware .. the "hamburger" is a double for about $10... Fried are very good, but nowhere near the price they charge.

Burger was awesome but a tiny cup of "Regular" fries for $5? I remember when they used to fill your bag full of so many fries you didn't know what to do with them. Now I guess they serve them like McD's. Sad day

I will not be back. Super expensive and super disgusting. The burger was just falling apart it was so sloppy and nasty. Gag me with a spoon lol I paid $40 just for two people to eat.

It was a nice experience for the first timers like me. A must try is "Fries " best so far i have ever had and not forgot to mention about the salted peanuts. You can have those till the time your food comes in. A big shout out to the person who serves the food there, tall. I don't recall his name, if someone finds do let me know. He served the food with a big smile. He always wishes you good. And this makes Five Guys a happy place to be. When everyone out there smiling. Keep up the good work!! Guys!
