My husband got a suit dry cleaned here for a funeral. They promised it to be done the next day by a certain time, never called. He called and they said they were waiting on it from the offsite cleaners. When we got there, they couldn’t find it. They said they would ship it to him. A month later, no shipment. It took almost two months to ship it, he didn’t have his suit for the funeral and they offered him 10% off as an apology. Really? Do NOT use!!

Re: employee, Lexi at 156th & Dodge (Pepperwood) location Last week, I dropped off items I needed dry cleaned and I met Lexi for the first time. Yesterday, I picked up my dry cleaning and Lexi was again in the store working. She is sincerely enthusiastic about her job and customers. I told her she is an asset to Fashion Cleaners and hoped her supervisor knows how truly good she is at her job. We rarely get things dry cleaned so this was our first visit to Fashion Cleaners. We couldn’t be more impressed with Lexi (Pepperwood) and her outstanding customer service. We will definitely share our experience with others.

I have used Fashion Cleaners for years now. Lexi at Pepperwood location is amazing! She continues to go above and beyond to help me out, especially in a last minute scramble to get a shirt or two cleaned or repaired. I appreciate their service and the quality of their cleaning!

I’ve been using their monthly subscription service and am Loving it! Game changer in my household. I had one small issue with a charge on my account and they corrected it right away. Great customer service! I strongly recommend.
