We will miss Sylvia at the 90th street location. She offers excellent customer service and I always take my cleaning when she is there!

Not quite sure where everyone is getting their dry cleaners but this is 3 times the price than any other dry cleaners in town. I went there to have one jacket and pants dry cleaned and it was $50 - just outrageous. Unless these prices become more competitive, I'll be going elsewhere

Excellent! Warm welcoming associate. My fur coat was cleaned throughly & looks & feels amazing. My coat is more than a decade old & really has never looked better. Thank you

This was the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my lifetime of living. I called to inquire about having my LV purse cleaned, as it had a make-up spill in it, and was nervous about bringing it anywhere as it is a 1200 dollar purse. I spoke with Silvia who reassured me that this was something they could absolutely do, and did often. Nervous, I brought it to them, and she advised that it would be a 2-3 weeks before it would be returned. I get it back and pay the 105 dollar fee. I go to examine my purse and notice that there has been damage done to the top of the purse. It appeared as though the dye has been rubbed off the lining. Very concerned I express my frustration and explain that it needs to be fixed as I did not drop it off in this manner. Silvia states that the manager will call me that day and they will send my purse back to have it fixed as this was not something they did "in-house", they outsourced this. Highly upset I leave my purse hoping they will amend this situation. Needless to say the manager never called I had to reach back out to them for her to call. When she does return my call she states that this is how my purse was dropped off according to the people they "outsource" their jobs to. I told her in a very stern manner, that this was not the case, and they needed to fix the damage that had been done. Dana said that it had been sent back and they would fix it, or she would speak to the owner. I wait another almost month and they finally notify me that my purse is done. I go in to pick up my purse and it still look the exact same. Brenda, who is now the person working, and has no idea whats going on, listens to me re- explain my whole story. She was the nicest out of all the women encountered at this store. THE ONLY ONE who had any accountability for the situation, and was apologetic. In tears I explain I am not paying for this and will return to get my purse tomorrow to get my refund once they figure things out. Brenda calls me back and lets me know that I can come pick up tomorrow. I go back in for the third time to get my purse and refund Brenda stated Dana said I could have. Silvia who is working on this day retrieves my purse for me, and I advise her I would like my refund Brenda said I would be getting. Her response sent me over the edge, "Brenda shouldn't be authorizing any refunds because she is not even a manager"..in a very rude tone and manner. I told her in a not nice voice, " Look I am done and this has been the worst experience of my life, so I am definitely not going to deal with your attitude on top of it." Her response, " I don't have to give out a refund period and have the right to refuse it." NEVER IN MY LIFE have I been treated so poorly in an establishment in my life. I asked her if she would like to listen to the voicemail that was left by Brenda. Again her response , "I am not talking to you mam' I am calling my boss." I hold my tongue and she emerges and asks for me to swipe my credit card so she can issue my refund. I left without saying anything, partly because I was in shock at how I had been treated, and two because a 1200 dollar purse I had worked hard for was ruined. Their was no accountability, NO I AM SORRY WE MESSED UP, there was nothing but blame games and broken promises. Silvia has the worst customer service I have ever encountered. I own a business and I would never consider treating a consumer that is deciding to spend their money with my establishment is such a way. You will never receive my business again, and I will discourage everyone from visiting your overpriced business, that comes with horrible customer service. If you market yourself as a high-end establishment, make sure the customer service you're providing matches. ALSO LEARN WHAT AN EFFECTIVE LINE OF COMMUNICATION IS!!!

Top notch service and attention to detail! More than impressed with the customer service and the cleaning of my jacket.I have a referral program so if you are referred by someone you will get $20 off and whoever refers you also get $20 off! Sent me home with a small care package which consisted of an ink pen a pack of tissues and a mini lint roller! Which is very convenient because I always need tissues and I need to lint roller. Very friendly Professional Service and it came with a handwritten card five stars I will recommend them to everyone and don't forget they are eco-friendly it's better for you and the environment

My name is Jeb & the customer service was great, location is great except for 1 thing. My pants. I have never used a Dry Cleaners in my entire life, so i am a Dry Cleaner Virgin. My dress pants had set in stains that was unable to come out after washing them, so someone suggested a Dry Cleaners, so I took a chance. After looking at them at the Cleaners and at home, I noticed that the stains were still there. So being disappointed, I decided to throw them away. The stains were set in so much that the pants could not be up to my standards. I will never ever go to a Cleaners again.
