The transformation seen during their 10 week sessions is truly remarkable. The coaches and instructors are great, they really want you to succeed. This location has dumbbells for use after completion of their 10 week initial program, too. The mix of resistance and kickboxing training is rather unique and certainly keeps you active. The owners at this location are really motivated to help in any way they can. Price is considerable, but you do get what you pay for in the end, so all in all, I would recommend Farrell's as a good option for getting and staying in shape.
