Dogtopia of Omaha-West

Antonia takes good care of my dog while I am at work along with the rest of the crew. My dog seems very happy when I pick him up after work.

Had our puppy there for the first time and will never go again! Not only are they completely unorganized, they had wrong pick up dates which were written differently in two different places, but our puppy is very ill after coming home. They were supposed to give him a bath for departure, which never happened despite my repeated requests! They never mentioned he was sick but upon getting him home he was clearly very sick. We had to take him to the urgent care that night. Do not recommend this place, I can’t speak for other locations but this one is terrible!! Saw dogs drinking out of the pee bucket multiple times on the cameras and workers use water spray bottles to get dogs away from them rather than pet and love them like they claim!

First time ever for our "baby." She boarded there for five days. I loved watching her on the camera! She came home happy and tired, probably did not even miss us!

I have never been here and never will, I live right behind this place and I can hear one specific woman constantly yelling in a angry tone at the dogs day in and day out. “Shut up, lay down, down, etc” I have a few fur babies and am outside a lot so I hear her through out the day just yelling. That is not how to speak to some one else’s pet/fur baby, you’re supposed to be running a professional business not traumatizing peoples animals. Hopefully people read this and reconsider taking your babies here cause I wouldn’t want my babies being treated this way that’s for sure.

I would recommend DogTopia West to anyone! I bring my dog Winston there and he loves it! It’s so nice being able to drop him off knowing he will get his energy out AND be taken care of. They also have the best staff - They are always so friendly and nice- it’s so fun to see how excited my dog gets everytime he sees them. Definitely the best dog place in town!

We've only used a few times but is always very clean and the staff is friendly and loves our dog. She comes home happy, tired, and loved.

Love how caring and attentive the staff is! My pup has been to both the 156th & Maple and is currently at the 146th & West Center Dogtopia and loved them both. He runs, plays and has made new friends! I recommend them!

Charlie is always happy to go to Dogtopia the wide open space to run around and play with other animals gives him much needed exercise.

We did a meet and greet visit at Dogtopia West Omaha on 1/6 Friday. Our experience with Staff and Groomer were very professional and courteous staff. Our Dog Nevi (Newfoundland 🐕 ❤️) had an amazing experience. She has a bad hip but the padded floors in the facilities made her full day visit so enjoyable for her. We plan to use Dogtopia for our Dogs Grooming and sometimes Daycare needs!!! THANK YOU!!!

I absolutely love this place!!! I can feel relaxed in knowing my fur baby is in good hands, whether it’s daycare or boarding. The staff are super friendly and nice, and I can honestly say my dog enjoys the days that she goes to daycare; she knows right away when the time comes :)
