Dogtopia of Omaha-Papillion

I hate leaving our dog anywhere, but I am able to relax leaving our pup here for daycare and boarding. I am able to feel comfortable, knowing she is being taken care of. Recently, I found out our dog was having a rough day and didn't want to go back to the play area. A staff member let her hang out and take a nap by the front desk until she was ready to go back and play later in the day. I love knowing that the staff cares enough to do something like that.

I absolutely love Dogtopia (Papillion is my location)!! The staff is so nice. My dog absolutely loves the staff and going to Dogtopia. She never looks back after drop off.....just like they advertise. Daycare wears her out but the real bonus is the socialization with other dogs. This has been fantastic! I recently had a situation where my partner died and the staff has been so friendly, caring and attentive, as well as gracious. I can't speak enough good things about this business. They treat my dog like their own dog.

Amazing staff, always happy to see Gus. Gus always has a blast all day long and comes home exhausted so he’s not such a terror at home to my older dogs. I really love that I can watch him on video while I’m at work.

Dog came home very dirty and with a UTI and related urgent care bill, find an independent dog sitter instead. Otherwise convenient if you have no other option, but I don't plan to go back.

Fantastic and caring as if your pet is their own. Just kenneled our pet for 2 weeks, and she was absolutely perfect. The daycare is also first class.

My dog is so happy and excited when we pull in the parking lot! He has a great time and is worn out by the time he gets home. My only issue would be that he smells so bad afterwards like pee that he always needs a bath.

I loved that they took great care of my dog while he was boarded and was able to make a bunch of friends! I enjoyed that I could check in to see what he's up to while we were away through the video cameras as well. Very friendly staff and definitely recommend!

I take my dogs there when I need a break or just to let them play with others or get a chance to run! The staff is amazing and I have never received a phone call of a fight or misbehaving. They have saved me a few times by getting them in last minute. They make sure dogs are vaccinated. I feel my babies are safe when there and they come home tired.

I was very excited to drop my dog off for boarding as we have had nothing short of amazing experiences. There were two full bags of food not touched. I was told "sometimes the dogs get stressed and they wont eat" "we aren't sure if we fed him, its a bit chaotic around here" "we fed your dog the wrong food one day", "it looks like he would eat dinner but not breakfast." after hearing all 4 different ways my dog wasn't cared for, i brought him home. Blood in his ear, lethargic, could barley keep his eyes opened, hyperventilating. Not only does my dog have special dietary issues, he now has thrown up half his food this morning and has continued to have explosive Diarrhea from the food mix up. . I was hoping that us labeling bags and measuring each meal would be easy. To mix my dog up with another dog and giving him the wrong food is unacceptable. I was offered a "one free night of boarding" I would never ever put my dog through this again. There is a point to have an emergency contact. If I would have been informed, I would have had My EC pick him up ASAP. Very heartbroken that this is the experience we had..
