Dogtopia of Omaha-Millard

I have taken my puppy in a few times for grooming and every time he looks amazing when I pick him up. He is so happy and excited when we pull up. Today when I went in there was a scheduling mix up and I was a day early! Whoops! I told them it wasn't a big deal, I could certainly come back tomorrow. They were down a groomer and were still able to get me in today! I appreciate them working us in and making it such a great experience. The whole time with a smile on their face.

I took my sweet puppy to get her first haircut here and they did an amazing job despite her being scared. They were unable to do a full groom due to her anxiety but what they were able to do was amazing. I will continue to bring her here and get her accustomed to the groomer and facility. The staff was extremely kind and professional in every experience I had with them. When I came to pick my puppy up, she was napping in the lap of the receptionist instead of in a kennel which was so heartwarming. They really care about your pups and the experience here. 10/10

My little pup is only 5 months old and having to board him, I was a little hesitant. They were GREAT with him! He was happy and so well taken care of and, although he was happy to see me when I picked him up after 3 nights, I'm sure he would have been happy to stay another night! I am SO RELIEVED that I found somewhere I can be confident that they will care for my pup the way I would and have peace of mind when I need care when I'm out of town that he's in good hands. I would recommend them to anyone. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

I absolutely love bringing my dog to Dogtopia (Millard) for daycare. I love that my dog is always being supervised, I love that there are clean indoor & outdoor play areas, and I really appreciate the perks that come with his monthly daycare package. He gets his nails trimmed & teeth brushed on a regular basis as part of his deal. He is always so excited when he arrives in the morning & equally as worn out from a full day of play when I pick him up. All of the staff are so friendly. I trust and rely on them so much to care for my fur baby.

I’ve been bringing my Albus to Dogtopia since he was a pup of seven months. He loves the staff and starts wiggling his butt the second someone greets him. I can tune into the dog cameras on occasion and see him engaged in active play, games, chases, etc. and see he’s having a great time. The staff is welcoming and friendly, has excellent grooming care, and makes my little guy feel loved and a part of their family. Plus he passes out when he comes home, so I know he gets the exercise he needs at Dogtopia. I can’t recommend this daycare highly enough to those who want their furry friends to have a great experience in an exciting and engaging environment.

It’s impossible to sum up in words how amazing the staff is. They greet me with a smile every time, even when it’s super busy at pickup time. I trust the staff 100% with my precious fur-baby/monster on the days I have to work long shifts or leave town. The manager Ashley, along with her AMAZING staff, do a fabulous job communicating with pet parents and keep us all well informed. I know my highly energetic puppy is a handful and I’m so thankful for their kindness and attention to detail. Did I mention how clean the place is? It’s seriously impressive. *PS - you need to follow them on social media because they post the most adorable photos and videos of the dogs at play. It’s the highlight of my day 😍*

Kobe loves it and looks forward to daycare and spa. The people here are very competent and caring. My sister Rosanne leaves him here often. A++

The New Store General Manager has clearly changed this location around. The staff is so amazing and caring and friendly and all the dogs are treated very well and the constant schedule and repetition is good too. All the dogs are so happy and the cleanliness of the place is also above par. The fact the staff has so much care is what it really comes down to. Your dog will be loved and cared for every visit.

We have been using Dogtopia for daycare and grooming services for about 6 years or so for our two dogs. The staff is friendly and professional, and we could not be happier with the service provided. I have heard some clients have unfavorably reviewed Dogtopia's services due to kennel cough issues. On rare occasions Dogtopia, like every other doggy daycare, has had its issues with kennel cough. Our son, who is a veterinarian, told us that vaccines are not 100% effective (sound familiar?). A quick Google search can verify this information. I have personally seen dogs separated from the rest of the dogs and/or asked to have their owner not bring in their dog until adequate time has elapsed and the dog no longer shows symptoms. I have also seen staff turn away clients at the door who failed to provide vaccine records required for all dogs. I am grateful the staff does not cut corners and insists on following their policies. I would recommend Dogtopia to any of my friends looking for doggy daycare services in Millard and LaVista.

Dogtopia - Millard has been just so awesome since day 1 of taking our puppy there! They have been flexible, very communicative if anything were to happen during the day, and they really show how much they care about the dogs. The membership prices simply cannot be beat with the perks compared to any other daycare in our close vicinity. He is always so happy and excited to go! And definitely a tired happy pup when he comes home. They have been super helpful when needing to take oral medications. If people are looking for daycare for their dogs, I highly recommend Dogtopia!
