The car was totalled by the insurance agency, but the people at Dingman had it in out of the rain so we could get the items out and told us what needed to be done next. They made the process much easier.

Overall experience with Dingman’s was great. They worked with my insurance company to get my truck repaired quickly and did a great job with the repair work.

Used this mmmmm to repair my vehicle after hitting a deer, they were very knowledgeable and respectful and kept in great contact giving constant updates. They had my vehicle in the shop and tore down just a couple hours after dropping it off.

Dropped off my car for repairs this morning. Very pleased with how receptionist politely answered every question that I had even though a gentleman was waiting behind me. This rating is also a reflection of my satisfaction with how I was treated when I came in a couple of weeks ago and made an inquiry.

Very very slow. It took almost 1 month to complete about $4,500.00 damage to my vehicle. I dropped off the vehicle late Sunday evening (Feb 2nd) and it was still in the same spot (Feb 6th) early Thursday morning. I was not given any updates on the progress on the work, only got calls when they forgot the door code for the vehicle. Once completed, the work looked fine but will not return and will not recommend.

Went to them a year ago when I was hit and they fixed my vehicle and fought the insurance company to ensure quality parts were used. I had to come back and they helped fix an issue stemming from the initial accident. Informative, helpful, they go the extra mile to make things right. I’m a customer for life! I highly recommend them to everyone. It’s worth the drive to Papillion.

From start to finish, I found them to be, personable and exceptional! Telephonically and in person. I found their demeanor different than the collision people I've dealt with in the past. They were attentively 'listening' and reacting as if they were in front of me, to serve me. I am pleased to complete this survey. In one day, out the next, because they prepared before I arrived. Great people, each of the three that helped me.

I had a very small fender bender in the driveway with our other car backing out of the garage. Scuffed the plastic bumper and slightly bent the fender on my wife’s Nissan Maxima. I took it to Dingmans Papillon for a quote and they told me that they would need to completely replace the bumper and fender and it would cost well over a few thousand dollars. I made it clear I just wanted to pay out of pocket and not get insurance in the mix. I did not want to replace the bumper because it was only scuffed. No mechanical issue with it. The guy quoting this kept pushing me to get insurance in so I can “fix it right” and he then quoted me $2,500 to “patch it” and touch up the paint. I got other quotes from Levanders Body shop and Mikes Body shop in town and they both quoted $600-$700 for the same work. Further, both Levanders and Mike’s said to completely replace the bumper and fender and repaint and fade the paint to look brand new would only cost roughly $1500. Dingmans seems to have a solid reputation but with this experience they clearly aren’t interested in small repairs that don’t cost thousands of dollars. They also wanted to charge diagnostic fees to check the Nissans computer before and after ( a $300 charge!) because he said when they work on the bumper the computer will throw “hundreds of codes that they will have to reset”. Turns out the car absolutely won’t do that. I have a mechanic background and told him right away that I didn’t think that was true or justified and he fought me on it saying that these nice cars require it and also requires “recalibration that would cost an additional $370”. Very disappointed with how willing he was to lie to me about what he would “need” to do and what would happen just to charge me an additional $670. Steer clear. I will try to post this review anywhere that I can attach photos of the cars damage and pictures of the quotes from all of the auto shops that gave me quotes.

We worked with Seth to get our Mini Cooper fixed following a fender bender. He was professional and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. His attention to detail was phenomenal. I highly recommend Dingman’s for any accident related fixes you need!
