Decent selection at good prices. Staff is helpful. Softball clearly isn't one of their stronger categories as selection was limited.

Honestly I've never felt so offended at a store before. I walked in wanting to return a bag of items I bought at the store prior to... I was hoping to exchange them for other items so I shopped around with a cart for quite some time. I proceeded to shop minding my own business and I noticed one of the workers continue to stare at me. I smiled kindly and continued to shop again. I then saw the worker let another worker know something and now there were 2 workers watching my every move. Mind you I have NEVER shoplifter and never would. Being watched for simply shopping around was absurd. I was continually asked "how are you?" By these same two workers my entire shopping experience. Each time I replied, "good! Still shopping." Then, once I picked out some items, I was going to try some on. I asked a different worker than the two if they could open the fitting room door for me and he kindly opened the door and held it open for me go bring the cart in. I thought nothing of the cart and kindly thanked him. Then while I was trying on items I get a knock on the door (I'm assuming from one of the two workers that were watching me shop the whole time) and I say "oh, I am in here!" Thinking at first it is a person wanting to try on items, then I hear, "you are not allowed to being carts into the fitting room." I respond that "I will take the cart out" to the worker who made this comment. My concern is how did they know? Were they peeping under the door to see? If so that is violating my privacy! I was simply trying on clothes and saw no harm in bringing the items I wanted to try on with me. Once I was done trying items on I proceeded to check out. Still the workers were watching me. I went to the checkout area and let the cashier know I was hoping to return the online items and exchange them for the in store items. She let me know she did not know how to do this (which I understood) and she grabbed a manager. This manager was also watching me from afar I noticed earlier as well. The manager looked at the items I was wanting to return and questioned me several times if I had worn these items, or something of that nature becausethey did not sell the item in their store. Each time I stated no and said they were simply returns from a purchase made online. She then accepted the return and then started to scan my items I had picked out in the store. She made the remark, "we never discount North Face this much. (She looked at the tag and back at me. I said nothing other than I found it on the clearance rack.) I'm going to have to check this." So she got on her phone and checked online. The discounted price on the item WAS correct and she very frustratingly said "I guess its right." While rolling her eyes. I again was very nice to them and they seemed to not believe anything I was saying. I paid with a few gift cards (because I was sponsored by DSG and returned items I ended up not using, so I had some extra $ to spend) and the manager continued to give me judgmental looks throughout the rest of the check out process. I WILL NOT be returning to this store. I have never even had the thought of stealing from a store and am a very nice, honest, and trustworthy person. I feel humiliated after being accused of something so severe.

Shoe representative was helpful and friendly. Cashier was not polite. She said the right words but didn't mean it. Appeared like she didn't want to be there.

Called to inquire if they had a specific size in a specific shoe and they said that they did, but they indeed did not. Purchased a half size larger. Had a $20 off $100 coupon for signing up for text alerts, but when looking at the receipt when I got home, I discovered that only $12.99 was discounted. Cashier seemed new... was asking another cashier what to do. Everyone was friendly, just not accurate.

My daughter and I had a very pleasant shopping experience and was helped very quickly and professionally....

One of the few places that actually had some bikes in stock. Accessories were pretty thin pickings. Overall... Had a good shipping experience.

Nikole was amazing in children's shoes. Highly recommend her if she's there when you are.

Prices are good. Staff are nice. But ever since they decided that guns are too dangerous to sell it's just not the same.

Everything went well until checkout. Whoever was on checkout 2 acted rude. All because i was paying for 2 items separately, she was saying that i can go pay the other 2 items in a different checkout. I proceeded to ask “can we just check them out here?” and she responded saying it would be “faster?” but she acted rude during the whole experience😂 which i find funny cause i was only buying 4 items and she proceeded to act like a bitch🤡 and she handed us the money but in a rude way, as if she wouldve just thrown it. never coming back to this store. If you dont like your job then quit its not hard to checkout 4 small things😂
