Contempo Nail Spa

The person I originally sat with started the process but the I was moved over to Tammy's seat.Tammy was very rushed and rude, she didn't ask what shape or length I wanted my nails. Pulled my hand around all over then tells me to relax, uhm I'm trying. Very poor customer service and the end results weren't anything to rave about.

Just rude, I tried three times at this place and unfortunately every time was the same thing. Very rude, took my girls on a surprise nail date and they completely ruined it by being rude to my babies. I will NOT be returning to this nail salon!!

The best nail salon! They take their time, and do a very nice job. Definitely recommend Anna and Sam. Cannot wait to come back 😊 …

One of the BEST NAIL SALON IN THE CITY! Why? The foot herbal massage they do during a pedicure is so soothing! I don't know what it is, but it's euphoria :)) . The owner looks like he knows how to run a business and maintains a high customers satisfaction standards; seem to be passionate. Everything is new and up to date. I had a wonderful experience and my toes look and feel GREAT! Highly recommended , enjoy life.

I have been here before. Kelly did a great Job! I walked in today and had Tammy. She seemed rushed and quickly tried removing the previous dip, almost all of it, without soaking my nails. She was going so quickly that I had to ask her to stop several times as the heat from the dremel she was using to take off previous dip was burning my nail and was painful! She just continued to move along quickly while looking at her coworkers phone and laughing. She was very rough and sadly I am very disappointed. Wish I would have just walked out. Won’t be going back

Really good place, my wife and I will be back for pedicures. ( I would have like to have more of a foot massage, I take what I can get) Also, our heals are still a little rough after their filing (our heals are not bad). I had my first manicure (no clear coat lol) wasn't bad, I won't do it again because I can do it myself and save $15. Will try another place to nail spa shop just to see if there is a better place. As I said in the beginning, we will be going back.

Moved to Omaha recently and wondered around a few nail shops so far. Finally I find my must go place in Omaha! Very satisfied my nails and pedis. Reasonable prices. Very kind staffs.

I have been coming to this salon for a few years now. I have always been very happy with the services I receive. However, the last 4-5 visits I’ve been extremely disappointed. I took my 5 yr old daughter with me yesterday for her first mommy/daughter mani and I can’t even begin to tell you how excited this sweet girl was. After our experience, I may not ever go back. My daughter was so excited and the tech that did her nails didn’t even acknowledge her once. It made the smile leave her face and it broke my heart. The gentleman that did my nails was clearly very rushed as he made a phone call while he was doing my nails, didn’t use the colors, I asked for, told me I was wrong when I said that it was the wrong color, and spent about 25 mins total doing my nails before grabbing his things and running out the door. My nails have bubbles and lines in them and one chipped shortly after leaving. The gentleman that did my daughters design didn’t even try to do a good job when painting a little pumpkin on her nails.

They always do exactly what I picture, and I never haver have an issue. One amazing thing about them is even if your nail breaks in a week, they will fix it with no charge!! 100% recommend!!
