Comfort Suites La Vista - Omaha

The bed sucked. Room was good, hot tub good, couldn't fill up a travel coffee mug from coffee machine. First stay here was good, second not so good.

I hoped for a decent hotel. My expectations were exceeded. I received a good deal for the quality of stay I received. I was welcomed by kind, courteous staff and checked in without a hitch. My room was spacious and very clean. The bathroom was also very clean. After a long day on the road, the last thing I needed was a place where I was worried about cleanliness or safety. Comfort Suites put my mind at ease and I was able to sleep soundly on the luxurious king sized bed, ready to tackle the next day ahead. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Our room was very clean, the breakfast was great, and the staff were very kind! I would for sure here again.

Hotel was fine, Was not able to get receipt at check out, but it was emailed to me later that day. Othere than that, I try to help you out on this survey and you contine to add questions now I have to give you 50 characters on this answer, please know I will never do this again for you, waste of time

One of the best hotels we have stayed in. Everyone was very nice. Breakfast was very good.

I've asked for housekeeping services yet nobody put my room on the list so I'm very disappointed in my stay while here and I'll definitely pick a different hotel next time!!! Don't plan on stay here for an extended stay...

After we checked in and had supper,we went to the front desk and had to wait 30 minutes for the desk clerk. She told us she took off on her 30-minute brake??? Um, no. I run a company through another brand, and none of my GSA just leaves when there is no one else there. She stated it was her legal right. And did not feel she needed to apologize. Wow! What a moment to train staff.

Staff were friendly, room was very large and comfortable. Very clean and smelled awesome. Pool was a little cold but not horrible and the hot tub was amazing. We missed breakfast so I am not sure how good it was. 4 on location just because it's not near much. We did have a complaint on our daughter who kept trying to run around upstairs but the staff were very kind about it. Of course we immediately calmed her down but they seemed understanding.

The hotel was very nice and very clean. The lobby was very nice and the staff were very nice and friendly. The pool and spa were absolutely beautiful and very comfortable, and relaxing. The room was very nice and clean, the hallway was also very clean. Yes I would highly recommend this place. I had a wonderful time when I stayed there.

Not for sure why when a room is paid for all the info needs to be re-given and honestly I was not happy with the way we were treated. I have stayed with Comfort Inn/Suites for over 20 years. Yes we ALWAYS book ahead. Then when I gave my Federal/Tribal ID the manager said he could not accept it and wanted a valid ID? It's a Federal Tribal ID? It is the same as a passport? So when I told him this he was still snotty about it. I specifically asked for a sleeping area to be prepped on the pull out and it was not and we had to go again and ask for towels and bedding. The bathroom was disgusting. I actually had to clean it so we could use it. We did not even make it there off the road after 7 hours of driving until 10pm. Who wants that. The room and bedding were clean so I told the front desk. He never offered housekeeping to fix it. Just said thank you for letting me know?? The staff were pleasant but just sadly not what we were expecting for a stay with this line of suites. Yes I took photos.
