I appreciated the wooden floors in the room as opposed to carpet. Staff was very helpful! I needed to print a document and they had an available computer and printer for guests to use.

It was a very clean hotel, friendly staff and comfortable beds! Some things were worn in the room, but still very clean.

The room was clean. Nothing special, but it worked. Just wish the price matched the room a little better. Good amount of restaurants and shopping very close by.

Room was tiny. Bathroom is so small your body is up against the wall while on the toilet. Bed was hard. A/c was just ok. We had fans going at night to help. Pool was fun for the grand kids. I'm saying this place was awful, it was fairly clean. My feet got dirty walking from bathroom to bed. I would not ever stay here again. With how much it costs I expected more. The rooms are so small.. No place to sit besides the bed. Shower wasn't terrible just little.

Our standard hotel for this area as we know it will be a quality experience! The staff is helpful and the breakfast is pretty darn good. Three very good choices to eat that you can walk too. Minutes away from the zoo and the Old Market.

It was adequate for our 1 night stay. Pool area was clean. Sign at desk mentioned renovations; not sure what the specifics are. We were in an older room, it's small for 2 queen beds. One towel hook; I'm not sure why hotels in general don't have enough places to put towels and swim wear (when the hotel has a pool). Service was good, breakfast was stocked, offered variety and the area was clean.
