This is a great place for newbies to kickboxing or jujitsu or veterans to come get a good workout and training with one of the best trainers I've seen, I have a daughter who also takes his kids self defense class and it is amazing how he is with the children and how he puts everything together for them

TJ Benson is a fantastic teacher. I trained with TJ while preparing for my MMA fight a few years back. I have also watched TJ work with a wide range of people from beginners to pros, and he is a consummate professional at what he does. Would highly recommend his kids classes as well for the young ones. Whether you're looking to step up your game, or just get in shape, I highly recommend his programs.

TJ is a great coach who is extremely knowledgeable! Its definitely a very friendly and fun environment to train in! Incredible workouts and you’ll constantly learn new techniques and ways to better yourself! Definitely would recommend!
