Stay away from this place. They allow the children to get beaten up by other children and probably even by the staff and then lie about it and say the child tripped on a toy

The owners are very standup type people, and the staff know all of the children and parents very well from my experience

I highly recommend this daycare my Nephews and nieces have been going here for years and they always talk about how much fun they have

Run and don't look back! Don't wait until your child comes home with rashes and bruises to find a quality, trustworthy childcare facility. Poor customer service, poor ethics!

I can't believe a daycare would be so blunt and rude online to one of the parents rather than talking to them face to face definitely won't be bringing my child here maybe she would talk to you if you acted like you cared her child has marks on them every day and never communicated with her how sad what has happened to childcare? I have heard nothing but negative things about this center so maybe you should be working on your center rather than being rude to parents online very unprofessional bmlc

This daycare is a joke everyday i would come in and my son has marks on him. Even an instance when I came to pick him up his eye was bright red and watering. I when I asked what happened the staff said he was playing with a baloney and another kid smashed his glasses in his eye! They seemed unphased by the face his eye had been like that for over 2 hours...2 HOURS!! I took him to the ER and they told me that his Reyna was scratched MY 6 YEAR OLD SON WAS IN PAIN UNABLE TO OPEN HIS EYE FOR 2HOURS!! NO EXCUSE! the staff is unfriendly never greeted me. At first they send really nice but that went away very quickly if you dont mind your kids listening to and singing Jason Derulo "Trumpets" and "Wiggle" being ignored when you walk in to pick up your kids then you will love this place. personally i think this daycare is the white trash of daycare hands down. Never go here!

If I could post a negative number it would be -100. Do not send your children here. Bright Minds Learning Center Daycare makes promises they do not keep. On my grandkids first day there, They were late dropping my three year old grandson off at preschool. They told the school their GPS sent them to the wrong school and they told my daughter the van had a flat. Then that afternoon, they were one hour late picking my grandson up from school - he's three years old! This is absolutely unacceptable. They did not call my daughter to let her know so other arrangements could be made for him. Thankfully the school knows my daughter well and figured it was the daycare that messed up. Here's the real kicker, normal procedure for the school is to call the police after an hour of no pick up, basically for child abandonment. Who gets reported? The parent, not the daycare! They were 30 minutes late picking up my granddaughter after she got out of school. Then today they tried to take the three year old out of preschool early. After only 2 days of picking up/dropping my grandkids off at school they called my daughter after 5:26 p.m. On a Wednesday and quit on her. They said they didn't have time to take her kids to school after committing to her June that they could. They gave my daughter attitude when she called them out on their screw up. But if they don't care about leaving a three year old at school an hour after class, then they don't need to be in the business. I'm sure CPS would be interested. ORIGINAL STORY: A disturbing story in Papillion, where WOWT 6 News has learned a girl was left on a day care bus for two hours Friday before anyone realized it at Bright Minds Learning Center near Gold Cost Road and Highway 370. WOWT 6 News has confirmed Brandon Gaunt, 20, is now charged with child negligence. That is a misdemeanor. Papillion police tells us the bus picked the 5-year-old up from school, then brought her to the day care. But when her grandmother arrived to pick her up around 7 p.m. Friday they realized she wasn't there. That was when day care workers discovered she never got off the bus. She was still inside wearing her seat belt. Now a day later they are accusing me of going in and causing trouble in front of the children. I simply told the lady there they could not take my grandson out of school early. They should review the camera.

My children went for a year here. Understaffed, high turn over rate with employees. I pulled due to Them not telling me my child was in a physical altercation. Dirty they don’t like disenfecting things like toys, washing blankets. No curriculum for children. They lie and cover up everything. Rude Unprofessional staff! Threatened to sue me and sent a legal shield, bc I gave a truthful review about my experience with this location. Do not send your kids here. I was warned and didn’t listen. Always under “new management”. Look at all the reviews on google ,yelp and Facebook. They’re reputation in the Sarpy County area speaks for itself.
