Hidden Fees! Watch out! They try and charge you all these hidden fees that they never pointed out when joining! They tried charging us $40 a month! That’s outrageous, go to a different gym people! UPDATE: I have not been able to go to the gym for the past 2 months due to circumstances. So I called to see about what that next step would be to get setup again or update my payment method for the future. They tried saying that I had to pay for the past months that I haven’t even been there. He said my balance was $41 and some odd change. How is that the case if it’s $10/month?? Something seems fishy here... I have since placed a call to the corporate number and will be awaiting a call back.

This place is great! There are plenty of ellipticals and treadmills for cardio and a good selection of machines and free weights for strength training. I would frequent here at around 4pm every day and I never really had to wait on others to use the weights. The staff, Xander and Zach, were extremely helpful, courteous and professional. Right now they have a 5-day free trial w/no pressure to try out the facility. I would recommend it!

Very nice, clean and friendly. Love the open equipment in the center of the gym. Also includes separate wemons weights room, a movie theater full of treadmills, bicycles (and more!) Also has red light skin therapy, tanning beds and super nice massage chairs to finish the job!!! Love

I have been a member for a few years now and am very disappointed. I have the VIP membership and that allows me to bring a guest. My 81 year old father in law has moved in with us as he has been diagnosed with stage 4 pancreatic cancer. He is very active and wants to keep up the activity. So I had him come to Blue Moon Fitness with me and get some exercise. He wanted to either ride the stationary bike or walk the treadmill. That is awesome. I let him be and I went to lift. I then found him sitting on the couch doing nothing. I found out that the staff informed him (should have informed the member - me) that they have a strict rule that you can't workout in jeans. He can't even walk the treadmill. Really? They told him that he could not do anything there. He was so embarrassed and felt and talked down to. It is already a sad time and this was very much uncalled for. The conversation should have been with the member, not the "guest". I am very disappointed and will find a new gym.

Love blue moon fitness. The Staff is very professional and Friendly. The gym is very clean and the ladies workout area is nice to have when you don't want to be out front when it's. Busy. I have not been in a gym in over 12 years I'm so glad I came to check it out. Going on,a year and counting

Blue moon is great have been using the gym for over a year, great people great staff, and plenty of motivation. Everyone there just want to see you doing better. Just this month have lost 7.5% of my body fat using the power plate and doing Sprint intervals. Love this place, thanks guys.

My former review is below, I am now giving them 1 star instead of 4. I 100% agree about hidden fees and if they want to say they aren't "hidden fees" they sure do not do a good job of explaining where certain fees come from. I signed up for the VIP membership for a promotion and was fine with that. I believe I was started on their "$1 down $10 a month" promo. Later, they began charging me slightly over $20. Never once told me that would change or gave me any warning. I just said whatever and kept my membership. ($20 isn't bad for the VIP at all) I'm not sure who I spoke to, but it became unaffordable for personal reasons and I called to cancel. Whomever I spoke to must have not known or was new, because they said since I was caught up, I could cancel. I thought everything was good because I wasn't charged for last month. Then this month, my bank notified me that Blue Moon tried charging me over $60... and that I had to pay $50 to cancel. Brittany was incredibly rude and told me "well it's in your contract." Okay...? Maybe tell someone that while their signing because no one, and I mean NO ONE reads literally everything in their contract. That should be something the staff notifies you of. Guess I shouldn't be surprised though with their lack of communication. Waiting for a call from Corporate, but PLEASE, read the fine print and make sure you double check everything. Most of the staff is friendly, except for a few. Nothing wrong with the gym exept for their shady fees. I probably would never pay for a gym membership again, which is sad and a turn off for those wanting to be healthy. Gym fees deter a lot of people wanting to be fit. They have a large variety of machines to use. There is even a private woman's section where men aren't allowed. Big restrooms with showers as well as lockers. They even allow tanning for .25 with certain memberships. Only complaint is that we signed up for a VIP membership under my husbands name, which allows you to have a guest as well. I signed us up for that level so he could work out and I could tan. Found out only the main VIP member can tan. Not the guest. He still allowed me to tan and offered a solution. So over all, good gym to go to.

I have been a member with Blue Moon Fitness for 3 years now, and I absolutely love it there! The price is great, they have lots of equipment, and I love the "women's only" room. The staff members are always friendly and willing to answer any questions. And to top it off-they just added free wi-if! Would definitely recommend this place!

Buyer beware! Less then professional business practices. I have/had (canceled after these shenanigans) a Premium membership in good standing. I signed up for the group classes for a monthly fee of $50.00 in December. I discontinued going to the gym after the pandemic started, but kept my membership active and my group classes. I called the Blue Moon Fitness in Bellevue April 6 at 3:09 pm a women answered the call. I explanded to her I wanted to pause my group class. She then passed the phone call to Zach (who I thought was no longer an employee there, but his email was still listed as the club contact person on their websiteand attached to their outgoing emails) I then explained to him that I would like to pause my group classes for now and after the pandemic I would turn them back on. He assured me that he would take care of that and we hung up. A couple of months go by and I notice that the group class fee is still being deducted out of my bank account. July 7th I called Blue Moon in Bellevue and I reach Raquel the current Manager. I explain to her my conversation with Zach from April and she tells me that Zach doesn't work there so he couldn't have taken my call. I told her I was aware that he was no longer a manager, but have seen him often behind the employee counter with a employee shirt on. Raqual said she would need to discuss how to compensate me for my hassles with Kelly the Training Manager and she would give me a call back later. She returned my call at 2:02 pm that same day to offer me a 400.00 credit towards group classes in the future and would stop the monthly auto payments. I then asked when my membership contract was up, she said September 11 and if I pause my membership to make sure I ask for her so she could get my $400.00 credit towards my group training on my account for when I reactivate my membership. To my surprise when reviewing my bank transactions the group class fee is still coming out of my bank account monthly. I tried to call Blue Moon Bellevue again September 15 th 7:30am there was no answer. I sent a message threw the Contact Us tab on Blue Moon Bellevue's website asking for someone to contact me about this issue. No response by phone or email. September 17th I call BMF Bellevue at 11:43am. Raquel answers the call, I identify myself and ask if she remembers our conversation from July about my group class monthly payments. She says not specifically but she knows who I am. I refresh her memory of the issue and tell her I am done spending time dealing with this issue and I want a refund for all of the classes for when I first notified Blue Moon ( May-September) She again says she needs to talk to the Training Manager to get this resolved and would call me back later on that day. I still haven't received a call back from Raquel. Sad that they have to earn money deceptively.

I've been coming to this gym for a month now, and I absolutely love it. The hours fit my schedule perfectly, the rules are clearly stated and easy to follow, the membership is cheap, even for VIP and the perks are wonderful. I would definitely recommend this gym, however I urge you to read and understand their rules prior to sign up.
