Bloom at JB's Salon

I love everything about Bloom! The people are super nice, the salon is clean and well decorated and they have competitive prices. It is a one stop shop which is very convenient. I have been going to Avril for the last 2 years an I never leave disappointed. I have difficult hair and she always has a way to make it look great. I would highly recommend Avril to anyone!

I am a client of Amanda's from Bloom at JB Salon and I can't say enough good things about her!! She Has a fun personality so I always look forward to my appointments! She is extremely professional and is fantastic with hair color. She always has fun new ideas when I'm ready for a change. Her cuts are great and I can't recommend her enough!!

Very friendly staff. Chrissy is an amazing stylist and gave my kids great haircuts and styles. They're always accommodating for appointments and work well with their customers and we have always been very happy going here. Very clean building. Will definitely continue to use their services.

To all of my curly haired girls out there I know how hard it is to find a stylist who knows how to cut curly hair. I have been seeing Beth for a few years now and she is awesome!!! I went through a series of stylists before finding her and they all did a poor job of cutting my hair to emphasize the curls in a way that was flattering. I have also been to stylists who rush through a session because they pack in as many customers as possible but Beth takes the time to listen to what you want and checks in along the way to make sure that you are happy. She also does an amazing job with color and highlights. I will not let anyone else cut my hair. Go see her now!!!

I just got my hair cut and colored ... we went to dinner, and 4 people stopped to comment on how wonderful my hair looked. FOUR complete strangers commented on my hair! I have curly hair and Beth always cuts it to accentuate the curls and tame the frizz. Her color techniques are spot on! She never disappoints and her highlights always pop! Highly recommend this salon for everyone. Beth is amazing for curly hair.

Worst experience I’ve ever been through. I called and booked an appointment for 3pm under my name for an all over bleach and color. When I got there they couldn’t find me on their schedule. Turns out they put my name down wrong as well as the wrong time. Okay that was no big deal. But then the owner takes me back and asks what I want done and I tell her but she says they don’t have the time for an all over bleach and she can only do highlights. Like that’s LITERALLY NOT WHAT I WANTED. So they booked me for the wrong thing as well. She sent me out of her shop very disappointed. Edit- you don’t see me in the system because the lady put down the wrong name, which is understandable if she misunderstood me on the phone. I was just upset because she booked me for the wrong thing and the lady that took me back told me they didn’t have time for what I actually wanted. And yes I am completely sure it was you guys I went to.

I have been getting my hair done by Kate since 2004 when I was a freshman going to homecoming, all the way to my wedding this past summer. Kate has become a lifelong big sister of mine. I love that when I go to Bloom, they are always friendly, I can always get an appointment and I get my hair done by someone who actually cares in addition to getting awesome quality services. The only reason I didn’t give them 5 stars is because when I started going there they used to have a full salon and massage services in addition to hair, and it’s only hair services now

I loved how welcome I felt from the moment I walked into Bloom. Looking around the salon is classy and chic as well as warm and welcoming. Right away I was welcomed with a smile and Amanda was there to great me, and we were in for a big last minute project to color correct my hair. Backstory- I went to a different stylist and they had left me with improper color and bad techniques leaving my hair damaged and me unhappy the red hair with the blonde is before and the nutmeg spice as she called it (brunette) is what she did for me. I have moved out of town but would not trust another soul more with my hair so while visiting friends and family I always try to book my appointments with Amanda. - This one was last minute and quite the project I got to the saloon at 12 for my appointment and we were there until after close she moved some appointments around to make it work for me. At one point I was still not quite satisfied that I wanted more warmth with the color and this poor girl asked me to wait while she cut another appointments hair and continued to take care of me after he was done she made sure I was absolutely happy and was kind and didn’t make me feel badly at all was really accommodating! I loved the depth, warmth, vibrancy she brought to what felt like dull lifeless hair. The cut she gave me helped go with my face features and even had a slimming effect which I appreciate and helped add volume to my natural curls! Amanda was my regular stylist I had been using her for several years before bloom she did my hair before my baby shower and pregnancy photos and she has always done an incredible job. The true tell of a great stylist to me is even after it has faded it still blends and looks good as it grows out! She understands my budget how often I plan to go to the salon and how much upkeep I’m willing to put into my hair and always leaves me yearning for the next time she gets ahold of my hair 10/10 I would absolutely recommend the salon and ask to see Amanda !
