Stopped in to do Christmas shopping brought products up to register to check out and was told if you want a bag to carry out your purchase it would cost an extra 10 cents. it's only 10 cents but after spending hundreds at the store you'd think they could throw in a 10 cent bag.

Their service is horrible. Nothing on the shelves. One brand of screen protector said they were replaceable in-store, checkout person said they’re not…. Make the drive to a different store

Personnel were abundant, welcoming, friendly, and knowledgeable. I interacted with at least 5 different staff members, and they were all helpful and pleasant. Store very well organized.

Took a while to find someone to help. Had what I wanted, but the price was higher than what other places had. Said would price match but had to be exact model. I just bought tv from Walmart for $30 less.

I had an issue with my modem and it needed replaced but I found out I had a 4year geek squad covered plan but their online and phone help was terrible! I took it in and explained my issue with the guy working at the geek squad counter and he went out of his way to help me on the spot. They couldn't find the modem I was looking for to replace it but they found me a better one and gave me the discounted price. Definitely great customer service at this store!
