We really like this place. The smell alone makes it worth visiting. The candles are incredible. My wife has about every scent they have there. And colorful. This store is like a kaleidoscope of color and olfactory stimulation. I highly recommend stopping in to visit. You will not be disappointed. Just bring lots of cash! It is on the pricey side.

I like the products of this store, but last time I went to this location they charge me twice the amount of the product. I called bath body works of papillion where I bought the product and they did not help me out. I just want to see what happen. They told me to call my bank and they clearly let me know that they do not want to help me out and it is not their problem anymore.

Prices have really gone up within the last year and I had to wait in line to get into the store. The checkout line also wound around the whole store. I recommend to go during the week and never on the weekend.

The last couple times I have been to the shadow lake store, the employees have not been cheerful at helping or directing customers as in the past. The products are still great, but I would prefer the customer service be ad welcoming as it was last holiday season.

So I have to say that this is not a store where I get my products from but I was picking up an order for my wife. They had a huge sale and tons of people in the store. I had to wait in line for about 15 minutes and then when I got to the front they said the order hadn’t been filled. They said it would probably be another hour. I explained to them that I lived an hour away. But I completely understood because of how busy they were. Before I walked to my car my wife informed me that they had the order ready. Despite being busy they moved our order up to the top of the fill list so We wouldn’t have to come back later this week. That’s amazing customer service and good employees! This is rare in today’s world so good for that particular store.

The store is beautifully laid out. It is clean, orderly, and easy to shop. It was fairly crowded, but there was social distancing. The prices are on the high side when there's no sale, but there are sales on a regular basis. I opted to buy without a sale, I couldn't wait. I needed a gift and Bath & Body work candles are the best... The smells are delightful. The service was top-notch. I was looking for a price on something and the assistant helped me right away. I highly recommend this place.

Such a huge selection of scents for purfume, body mist, lotion and body wash. Plus candles that last a long time! The staff was friendly and more then ready to answer any questions you might have. 😉

Very nice supply of candles and body scents. They are very helpful and knowledgeable. The store is clean, and well stocked. There was a sale for the 3-wick candles today which I couldn't pass up. The candle holders are also superb. I love going there, it's quiet, very peaceful and serene. And the candles are just also...
