Bark Avenue Omaha

We absolutely love Bark Avenue. So does our baby. They are very friendly and great with Sophie. They know her by name when we walk in. I have referred Bark Avenue to several friends. Give them a try.

I would definitely recommend this place! They were great with assisting me with any questions I had regarding their dog daycare or overnight boarding. I was given a tour of the facility. It is very clean, organized & was very impressed. The staff is very friendly and most importantly loves what they do & takes great care of all fur babies in their care!

I give it great reviews on customer service and how friendly they all were when I called to inquire about using their services, and even dropping in last minute for a tour. It all seems to fall apart the day I drop my dog off. For starters, I had told the staff member that my dog is not allowed to have treats, and she told me that they do not do that. What’s the first thing she does when I bring my dog, “ tries to give her a treat”! I told her my dog‘s not allowed to have treats, because she could get diarrhea. Secondly, they told me to have the dog there by 8 AM and then come to find out she wasn’t going to get to be around the other dogs until after 3:00. They never told me they would do that, and if I would’ve known they were going to keep her separated, I would’ve brought her another time before then. Third, they told me she would be in one room, and I guess it was closed down which the staff should’ve known that. The camera wasn’t working in the room my dog was in, and I had to call them. They said they would fix it, but it seem to never quite work, I only got to see my dog one time on camera. This was the first time I kenneled her, and I took her here because of the good reviews. I don’t like to or want to bash someplace, but this is what I experienced.

I can't say enough about this place. They are SO good with my dog. I've used them both for daycare and overnight stays and have zero complaints. They remember my pup and treat her like their own. Daycare is amazing to let your pup play and come home wiped out! Highly recommend.

Our corgi has been seeing Ashley for grooming for almost a year. They have a sweet relationship and loves when we go see "Miss Ashley". She is always groomed beautifully and comes home with a cute little decoration after each visit. Our corgi also loves the flexibility to go to daycare while waiting for us to pick her up. She is always worn out in a good way.

I needed a place to put my non social pooch for a day, and found Bark Avenue offered day boarding. When I came in to drop off my dog, the people were so friendly and quickly took my paperwork, and greeted my dog. I picked her up later in the day, and again I was greeted with happy people and a happy dog. I will definitely use Bark Avenue again.

My dog loves Bark Avenue. She used to be scared of any indoor place/store/daycare but walks right in to see her friends. I love being able to check on her on the cameras while I’m at work to see that she’s having fun and playing. She’s always super tired after daycare so I know she made the most of her day. The staff is always super accommodating and look out for the pups if I have any concern come up. It is so close to work the only reason I don’t give 5 stars is I wish it were just a little bit more inexpensive as $28 a day for daycare is out of reach for many and a stretch for us at times and we only go 2 days a week.

So far so good!! The staff are very friendly and our dog always seems happy to go and always happy when he comes home. The last place we took him just didn’t seem like a good fit but I’ve been very impressed from the get go with Bark Avenue. The cameras rarely work or are not turned on which is a bit frustrating considering they promote it like crazy but it’s not a deal breaker. Update: I was able to see my pup today on the cameras which was super fun to watch! Thank-you Bark Avenue! Also forgot to mention that it's nice I can ask for a paw trim when I drop him off and they'll come get him while at daycare and return him to me trimmed! super convenient as I don't have to make a separate trip somewhere

I have been going to Bark Avenue for 16 years. I lost my two 15 year old pups last year who loved going to daycare/grooming! I now have a five year old rescue who was welcomed into the Bark Avenue family without hesitation. I appreciate Angela who grooms him to perfection and the entire staff for their care and attention, always. I trust them with the care of my most prized possessions.

There’s a reason Bark Ave has been the “Best of Omaha” for all of their services year after year. Everybody is kind—not only to me, but to my dogs. We have them groomed there and everything from scheduling to pickup is easy. They know my dogs, and spend the time asking questions about our grooming preferences and then they do what we want consistently. The dogs always come out looking great and seem happy and calm. The groomers really seem to like their jobs and their “clients”. We recently boarded our dogs there and it was a positive experience. We were able to see our dogs on the doggie cam and they always looked like they were having fun. Highly recommend Bark Avenue!!
