Banfield Pet Hospital

The senior. DVM treated my very sick cat with only 2 hours notice. He was awesome and has saved my cat's life. I will be taking my 2 cats and 2 dogs there for the rest of their lives. I'm in my 70s and my animals are all old also. This was the kindest most caring DVM I have ever had for my pets, livestock, Service Dogs. Less expensive than most vets in the Omaha area.

I walked in to have my cat looked at because he has been vomiting asked exactly how much everything would be all together. The vet comes out to tell me they will be doing xrays (without telling me how much it would cost). I said okay sounds good thinking my plan that I have would at least cover some of the amount. Come to find out the vet comes back out just to say they have no idea what's going on with him after sitting there for 2 whole hours and on top of that paid $382 for no apparent reason it seems like. Just to get me back at square one. I'm going elsewhere and canceling my plan

Great place. I like the monthly plan for my 2 dogs. I have never had an issue getting them seen, and usually don't wait more than a couple days after scheduling. The staff recognizes my pets on sight, by name! They send emails and reminders when my pets are due to be seen. They work well with the groomer as well, and can forward pets vaccine information over easily.

Feel that certain procedures are too much. I've paid for my dogs wellness plan for 9yrs and he had two teeth removed and it almost cost me $600. Thank God they have a credit card line for pet bills because I wouldn't be able to fork that over all at once.

The staff at Banfield Papillion are wonderful. They are all compassionate and caring. When Max was hurt they understood the urgency to get him seen and took great care when we got there. The Team helped get Max out of my car and ctually carried him inside, then helped move him when we were able to go home. Their care was and is so very appreciated.

We feel so well taken care of by the vet staff at Banfield. As soon as we arrive at the counter we are greeted kindly and our dogs are recognized by name. They are always so helpful and attentive!

was told the day i paid for private cremation services for my dog, that i would have him back to me within 2 days, 3 days at MAX! its been 5 days, and i called and was told my dog was just picked up! dont make a time frame promise you cant keep! never taking any of my animals here again, and ordering my bank to put a stop payment on any and all auto payments from this place!

They would not give my dog what she needed because of a side effect that was caused by the thing they needed to treat. So it kept on going in a cycle that they couldn't treat her because of the condition but the only way to help the condition was for them to treat her. Specifically that they wouldn't put her under because of it. I get it that things need to be a certain way but because of that she did not have the best she could have had at the end of her life. Never going back. Too expensive for how little we got.

This is the most inconsiderate place I have ever dealt with. A vet at Banfield Hospital almost killed my Siberian Husky right in front of me by cutting off his airway and now they tell me I'm not allowed to be ithe the room while they examine my dogs. I have contacted an attorney and pressing a lawsuit against them over this. Another time I was at the humane society and called to get records for my dogs rabies vaccines and the lady was very rude to me and the lady at the Humane society. I have made complaints with their corporate office in Vancouver Washington and with the Humane Society for cruelty to animals. This is the second or third terrible experience with them
