My daughter and I love getting our nails done here. They are the best place for dipped nails. A ton of color choices, great service. Our nails always look amazing when we are done. We have always been happy. They do get busy so go earlier than later so you can get in.

I went to another nail salon in Bellevue for dip and a pedicure. I felt like they were rushing to get me out on more than one occasion so I went to Bamboo ony mother-in-law's recommendation. I won't go anywhere else now. I've been 3x each with different techs and they are all nice, respectful, welcoming, they are just wonderful. The gentleman at the front desk is extremely nice and I never feel rushed. I cannot say enough nice things about this place.

The people that work there were very friendly & helpful! This was the best salon I have experienced anywhere in Omaha! My technician not only did a great job, but cared how I preferred my nails! She didn't cut me or make me uncomfortable in any way! I have been to many salons were I have been cut & they didn't care. This was a very nice experience. I plan to return for other services!

I went here with a wedding party, very good. The entire staff was waiting for us- there was a lot of us. Very clean, and many, many color options. The employees are very helpful, and they make sure you're enjoying yourself. I thought it was pretty nice how they offer you wine, I've never seen a nail spa do that. I will definitely be coming back!

I was referred to Bamboo Nails from multiple people, going into Bamboo nails I had these expectations from those who I was referred from telling me how great they were. My sister and I received a shellac manicure and she wanted acrylic nails with regular polish and a design. Our experience was okay. When we walked in the gentleman asked us what we wanted, we told him. He kept telling my sister who is 15 to get shellac on her acrylic and not regular polish, she had said multiple times along with me saying it she wanted regular polish and not shellac. The lady who did my nails asked me why I picked a nude color when it was summer out saying she was surprised by my pick, she did accidentally cut my thumb as well. The gentleman who did my sisters nails was rude to her. She wanted a design and told him, he said show me the picture when it’s time. He must of forgot and never asked to see the picture, so she did not get the design. When it was time for her nails to dry she accidentally hit one on the dryer and asked them to fix it and the gentleman from the front who greeted us had made a comment to me and said “that’s why she should of got shellac because she messed it up already and now you have to wait longer”. Our experience was not terrible nor great as to why I gave a 3 star.

So I went in for a hot oil manicure with a dip. First, Peter never did the hot oil treatment. Then, he didn't want to do the cuticles, I had to tell him. He didn't get a new set of clean sterilized utensils. Lastly, he didn't use the bonder on the nail prior to dipping and after 5 days all of my nails lifted. Also, they were thick.I've been 3x and the last 2 times haven't been very good at all. This last time was my last and final straw.

Very friendly staff and love my nails they turned out so good!

Got a full set acrylic done and they are so thin. One of the nails are coming off already and didn’t even last 8 hours. Very bad experience. I asked for coffin shaped and the edges are not straight they are round and droopy. The shellac i got done in white is not fully painted on my nail. Lastly, there is barely any acrylic on my nail and no apex what so ever. When i get acrylics I expect there to be at least some sort of thickness and not have the nail be so paper thin. Very disappointed and will not be coming back.
