Ashley's Pet Spa

Shaved my pomeranian too short. Now his outer coat won't grow back in patches. I've gone to them for 3 years now. My advice? Just never bring in a dog with a double coat. :(

Great groomer. My dog has been going there for years. Very reasonable prices and the dogs are not put in kennels while they are there. My dog actually likes going to the groomer. Would recommend.

My dog was pretty matted and I thought he would need to be shaved. Ashley took extra time to brush him out so he didn't need to be shaved. Not many groomers would do that!

Friendly and caring staff! Our chocolate lab loves to go there and always comes shiny and smelling great. My parents also take their Springer Spaniel there. Wouldn't go anywhere else!!

They are so nice & good with pets. Getting his nails cut was so affordable. I try to go back there as much as possible, but I do not know their hours.

The Most UNPROFESSIONAL Groomer in Nebraska! They make mistakes and refuse to own up to them. Then they Threaten to call a Lawyer? why because you tell the truth about their poor service and unprofessional behavior? BEWARE this owner has an attitude and treats customers poorly! I would not recommend this place, or you will be next on her list of people to attempt to Bash! I would be surprised if they stay in business much longer with this behavior! And the funniest thing is Ashly herself, posts reviews on herself! Like no one will know it is you?? Very funny FYI.... PEOPLE ARE SMARTER THEN THAT ASHLEY! I wish this company Luck in the future! They are going to need it

Would 100% rate 0 if I could, I feel disgusting rating it even as high as one star. I took my dog to get a hair cut, then they cut my dogs leg and didn't tell me right away, they waited until they finished cutting her hair and then, I had to take my dog to the VET because the cut was so bad and she had to get STITCHES! I proceeded to go back to their pet spa about an hour later and told them this, and Ashley laughed at me about it and told me to "grow a pair of balls" because I took my dog to the vet for the cut. She had to get STITCHES. she didn't even apologise until I basically had to force her to, I mean if that is how you are going to run a business that is absolutely disgusting. She (My Dog) is now in a cone, high on drugs and is totally freaked out and can't hold her blatter, but to this company (Ashley) that is all fun and games. And this isn't the only problem I have had with them, I have had another dog in the past that they didn't take care of well. And this instance and the amount of disrespect I was show was the last straw, absolutely Furious. 0/10 without a doubt and would not recommend to my worst of worst enemies. 0 respect, 0 professionalism, 0 care about pet, and 0 service. They should be ashamed to have the word pet in their name for the lack of care they have. Please don't go here for any reason.

My little Bubba is 14 yrs old and has difficulty standing for long, Ashley goes out her way to schedule him first of the day so he gets right in and out. They always do a great job and are reasonably priced. I highly recommend them.
